Insomnia after 7oh

I’m 9 days no 7oh after almost two years of daily use, at its worst around 100mg a day but the last 6 months I tapered down to around 30mg before quitting. I made it through the withdrawals but I’m still awake 7+days later and getting a little sleep between the hours of 5am-9am. I’m asking if anyone has experience or any ideas on vitamins. I’ve been using magnesium and Vitamin C. Also concentrated breath work and sauna/steam. For those looking to quit the supplements Dlpa really helped me!

Quick taper to cold turkey 7 oh and kratom

I’ve been using 7-OH daily for about a year, usually around 20–30 mg spread throughout the day (never all at once), along with regular kratom.
I also think the kratom I was using played a big role in building dependence. It was mostly the super K eye-dropper liquid and Puffers kratom pills, which I used pretty consistently alongside the 7-OH.
A couple of days ago I made a big cut. Instead of my normal amount, I’ve been taking only tiny pieces (around 2–3 mg at a time) when withdrawal symptoms get too intense.
So far my main withdrawal symptoms have been:
● Severe restless legs, especially at night
● Insomnia even though I’m exhausted
● Anxiety that comes and goes
● Reduced appetite

Power to all those quitting

In a couple days I’m going to quit kratom/7oh cold turkey. A year ago I was using 100-150 mgs of 7oh a day. When I cut down to about 20-30mgs a day it was a rough couple days but here I am six months doing about 20mgs a day and drinking kratom powder throughout the day. That’s nothing compared to some people taking 1000mgs a day I can’t imagine the feeling of being there and I pray as a community we can prevail.

I’ve used a variety of supplements that really help with withdrawal. Magnesium has a calming effect, also mega dosing vitamin c helps. I feel like eating lots of protein, red meat, eggs, this also helps.

I’m asking if anyone is in a similar situation as far as the dose goes because that is the qualifying difference when it comes to beating this stuff.
