i remember a video where scar was talking to someone. this person was talking about mermaids maybe? saying 'if they did exist they would be jealous because we can walk'

'they'd be like oh look at our cool two legs'

scar just started crashing out laughing and he said really sadly but overridden by laughter 'i can't walk'

and the other person just kept yapping, completely forgetting about it lmao

please please please can people use the spoiler feature, it's on reddit for a reason! it's especially important in such a long, twist and death ridden series such as warriors.

there are people who consider any book that's been out for around a year as spoilable due to its longevity and its lasting presence in the fandom.

1. there are hundreds of books to get through
2. many people were introduced late
3. people read slow
4. lots of people, even if introduced a decade ago, don't read all back to back

and you ruin it for loads of others. i understand it not being priority no1 when talking about something you really like, but i think it's acceptable and humane to add a drop more consideration and compassion for others when posting.

we'd all hate it to happen to us, please don't impose it upon others <3

they are a HUGE fan and i really want to do this for them after how much they've been there for me!
any recommendations/suggestions?
p.s. i will be learning and loving the mountain album i dont want to go not being a fan or not knowing anything when someone else should have gone

here's a summary so yall can decide if you are interested:

During-Canon, following >!StarClan Hollyleaf and Sentry Juniperclaw's!< mission to restore StarClan to the Lost Cats' clans; cats who were taken by Twolegs as part of a 'twoleg wildcat repopulation programme,' from the forest territories to Twoleg Iceland.

Former Clan cats around the lake territories, shunned after turning kittypets during Ashfur's impostor reign, find they must serve a final purpose to StarClan as they enter the territory of the Lost Cats while on holiday with their Twolegs.

They must convince them to help them find a link to their ancestors, who are left in the turmoil of their Ghost Residence, a land ruled by an unforgiving group of cats. The spirits of some deceased Lost Cat have wandered away, others have faded; with no structure like that of the Dark Forest or StarClan to hold them in the afterlife, they fade along with their will to wander endlessly.

But are the kittypets' will to serve and their dwindling Clan links strong enough for the StarClan cats to even connect, let alone get through to them? And even if they manage, how will nature provide energy required to walk in a ghost residence thousands of kilometers away?

in terms of canon, this story aligns exactly (to the extent of my knowledge; people make mistakes) with canon as it occurs alongside the beginning of ASC arc.
