Advice please?

I applied MD last cycle with my MCAT (504) in September and got 0 interviews. I retook the MCAT this June but had a panic attack during the exam and voided. Since I've been trying to better my mental health and took a short break. I'm currently unsure if I should test again in a few weeks or just apply with my 504 to MD and DO this time. I'm unsure if I should rewrite every single thing in my app for MD
Pls don't be mean, I'm struggling

Should I retake the mcat

I took the MCAT in 2024 and got a 499 again in 2025 and got a 504
I put my EVERYTHING into studying this year and tested on Saturday, but panicked halfway through BB cuz it was way too hard and voided my exam
Going into the exam, my FLs were still 505-506, and that demotivated me too
I wanna apply this cycle, but I’m kinda lost
Any advice would be appreciated

Reapplicant essays

I will be a reapplicant this cycle, I am retaking my MCAT in 4 weeks and don't have much time to rewrite everything. Is it okay if I just make minor tweaks and send the rest as is to schools that I have not applied to previously? (I only applied to 13 schools last cycle)

My last mcat was a 504 125/124/127/128

I took BP FL last week and got a 502 125/124/126/127
I haven't started pankow yet, if this is my baseline am I better off reading the 86 page doc and doing practice q's? (i did pankow last year and no practice q's)

worried that I'm stagnating with the sciences, moved my test from 5/30 to 6/26 I need over a 510 ugh
