The Vanished Project is assisting Alisa Cook’s family in trying to locate her.
LAST CONFIRMED CONTACT:
July 21, 2026 — North Vancouver, BC
Alisa reportedly attended the North Vancouver RCMP detachment.
Her family and Pearl’s Safe Place in Squamish report no contact with her since approximately July 20, 2026.
Alisa is known to move between Squamish, North Vancouver, Kamloops, the Shuswap and Chase.
DESCRIPTION:
• 51 years old
• Approx. 4'11"
• Approx. 150 lb
• Blue eyes
• Shaved head
IDENTIFYING FEATURES:
• “Keenan” tattoo on back/shoulder area
• “Cupcake” with skull tattoo on ankle
• Pisces tattoo — exact location uncertain
• C-section scar
• Family reports she may currently have a noticeable twitch
