Kicking in Fighting

Kicks are such an understanding appreciated, under trained, and under used part of fighting.

A good kick can take 0.1 seconds to throw and completely end the fight. Why would people sleep on this?

The side effects of developing amazing kicks are: increased power, better stability, faster movement, improved footwork, more versatile stances, increased fight IQ, and more!

Basically... Train your kicking way more.

Mobility Wizard

If you want to really test your mobility then give this a go.

Squeeze your feet into the ground - keep your hands off the floor - all movements slow and controlled.

This is difficult (and a little painful) however it is extremely comprehensive, ten reps of this per day will make you MUCH stronger and more flexible in a short amount of time.

Kicking Can Help

Some of society's problems can, absolutely, be kicked in the head.

After all, we all know that "strong men create good times".

Really?

Why do people love to pretend they can fight when they have literally zero experience or understanding?

A kick like this will do a lot of damage if you try to land a right hook - even if my hands drop as I kick.

Be Dangerous

Be aware, be focussed, be willing and able to fight.

Walking around in some dopey state, laughing, and looking for the next fun thing to do is not the role of a good man.

Be more responsible... These disgusting creeps exist and you being a pussy helps them.

Kicking Power Drill

Use this drill to increase the speed your foot is travelling when you connect to your target (and therefore the power of your kick).

Drill it regularly for a month or two and see the difference in your kicks.

Strongest Human

You are not a powerful and strong human if you aren't also flexible.

Becoming stiff as a result of lifting weights will not build you into your most powerful form, quite the opposite - you will become brittle and vulnerable.

Stretching Is a must and flexibility is a must if you have ambitions of being powerful!

Men - Be Dangerous

Are you willing/able to snap someone's neck?!

Too many skinny, weak, and frail men are walking around as if it's Kay nowadays.

The ability, and willingness, to kill is imperative if you want to be a good man.

These people exist whether you like it or not - to protect the innocent you have to be able to destroy a human.
