There are hundreds of tools already built for citizens.
Some by governments.
Some by startups.
Some by students.
Some by developers who got frustrated enough to build something themselves.
So I'm putting them together.

Because posting:
“@BBMP PLEASE FIX THIS”
is not a governance strategy.
Report → Track → Follow up → Escalate → RTI → Representative → Public accountability.
Do you know who actually represents your neighbourhood?
Ward officer?
Corporator?
MLA?
MP?
MajhaWard is one example of an attempt to connect civic problems with the people responsible for them.
This is the one I care about most.
Because a complaint number isn't a solution.
You need:
Evidence → Complaint → Follow-up → Escalation → Resolution → Proof it was actually fixed.
The more I looked, the more uncomfortable the real problem became.
We don't have an absence of civic technology.
We have a citizen navigation problem.
The systems are scattered.
The information is scattered.
The responsibility is scattered.
And the burden of figuring it all out falls on the person who is already dealing with the problem.
That's backwards.
If you've built a civic-tech tool...
If you're a student who built something for your city...
If you know a developer quietly solving a governance problem...
Tell me about it.
I want to keep expanding this.
Because the next time someone asks:
“Who do I complain to?”
I don't want the answer to be:
“I don't know.”
