What are the chances of my getting ECM branch in csab round 2 it's closing is at 23237 in r1

Plz tell me that should I join this branch it offers btech + mtech .

Coz no placement data till now as it was recently started

But I came to know that in jamshedpur they make them sit in tech placements only plzzz reply asap as I have to fill my choices in csab 😭😭😭😭
