I Have doubt regarding the new campus.

So I was checking NIT Patna reviewing and landed upon a video showing the new campus(earlier i was only knowing about the old 60 acres campus) and i was surprised seeing it. I think it is better than NIT Jamshedpur( Infrastructure wise).
I want to know about the new campus.

Is new campus full operational?

Is old campus still in use? If yes, then for what purpose and for whom?
