Mediation Child support $0 - spouse makes 50% more than me

I was offered a $0 child support to avoid going to court. My spouse consistently makes at least 50% more than me, but I have a decent higher networth of accounts in my control. Besides the long term math, do you think a judge will sign off on this? I am unsure if my scheduled move out date is before the final court date so unsure if I should start packing or not, dont want to be moved out and still paying court fees because things are not finalized. 50-50 custody.

Visitation and threaten legal action if custody needed

I have three kids and i love them dearly. To my understanding is that custody can be changed at anytime until they turn 18. Has anybody maybe just gone for visitation and threaten taking to court for custody if they dont get enough visitation? I also have in my favor that my stbx makes significantly more money than me so theyd be paying me child support if i did get any reasonable custody.

I am currently going thru the process and I really dont want to have a house sitting nearly empty half of the time, especially as housing costs are at all time highs.

My stbx initiated the divorce and is acting completely clueless

I believe my stbx is mentally unstable. We are going thru the process, they initiated the divorce.

Anyways jump to today and they say in like a snarky way "your team sent a meeting request on XX/XX/XXXX date" - like as if blaming me for something.

I look into it, and it is just the normal process and is the temporary date scheduled for mediation, which is a court order. Like WTH, is my stbx really this clueless, they have legal representation as well, so why are they so clueless.

I replied to them that they are the ones that control this process as they are the plantiff, so if something is not supposed to be happening then they need to stop it.

Like we have children, I really do not think they are totally understanding the full impact of things. Its just sucks all around.

Spouse is bringing up a physical altercation from the past

Going thru a divorce - we are in discovery. Today in a conversation with my stbx, my stbx mentions about a physical altercation we got into several years ago that they instigated. We've had kids and other milestones since the altercation occurred . No police report or anything was ever filed no counseling related to that. Nothing mentioned in court docs YET.

How screwed am I? In USA-GA if that matters any.

splitting house not in my name

stbx legal team is trying to claim that they are entitled to 100% of the house since they pay for the mortgage and the main utilities. I paid for all the daycare, groceries, home/car insurance and nearly all of the home maintenance bills. I don't think this will fly in the courts, but should I be worried any? I am in an equitable splitting state.

we never had any joint accounts to pay from - unsure if that is relevant or not, probably not.

Free social settings for kids alternatives to church

In a decent size American city, have multiple kids all U10. They do extra curriculars, i take them to parks, and the non-grade school kids go to daycare full-time. My neighborhood has kids but nobody seems to go outside. Unfortunately we do not have extended family nearby either.

I was thinking about going to church just so that my kids can get more interaction with other kids, but I am really not about religion.

wage information via IRS transcripts

In discovery and the other party rejected my wage info. I just simply provided the reports from the IRS for the years requested. And they are insisting on pay stubs and such. I also provided tax transcripts from the IRS.

Are they being dense or am I missing something? I got nothing to hide.

[GA-USA] wage information via IRS transcripts

In discovery and the other party rejected my wage info. I just simply provided them the wage and earnings transcripts that the IRS has on file for the years requested. And they are insisting on pay stubs and such. I also provided tax transcripts from the IRS.
