Should I end it? He'll be here in 3hrs.

Should I end it? He'll be here in 3hrs.

I made a post a few days ago about my boyfriend being away for his boys trip and not contacting much. I was told to be patient and so I did. He came back, I had a very warm conversation with him about how i would have appreciated it if he had kept me in the loop. He apologized right away but said they were all very high throughout the trip and that he needs to have a proper space to have a conversation so he couldn't talk, not even to his family much. I let it slide.

He came back. He wanted to see me the day he was back because he missed me. It was a weekday but I chose to visit him because i honestly missed him too.

We spent the entire day together. Didn't really talk much but we cuddled and uk........ overall was a sweet day. He also got me a cute bag from his trip.

The next day, he went mia again. I don't hear from him the entire day. I text him at 10:15pm in the evening asking if he was in the gym or that if he was still at work. He says no but I was kinda busy working but he had come home. I text him saying "u could have at least texted that u re busy with work" to which he replies "I was about to wrap this up and text u" I was mad by then...I text "nvm, good night" which he leaves on seen.

I usually get anxious easily so I called him after sometime and he said he was trying to sleep. I was more pissed because wdym uk i am mad but u still chose to sleep? to which he says but u said good night so i thought u were sleepy. I am super mad now, because what kind of low EQ behavior is this.

I tell him I am done with him not being emotionally available at times and it's not particularly about this incident. One thing led to another and the conversation went to me asking him if he even loved me. There's no answer. Absolute silence. I ask him again...do u care for me or love me? He says he's not sure. I ask him what even is this about. (Context : i mentioned it in the earlier post that he's diagnosed with PDD) He says he has no love within him sometimes to give me or anyone. He feels drained. So, sometimes he feels love for me, sometimes he doesn't. I asked him if he loved his family, he said I don't have love within me sometimes so, not sure if i love them either, when i am not in that headspace.

I have known this guy for a decent few years now. I know he hasn't seen any woman apart from me. I know it. I don't doubt it. But he ain't sure of his feelings. I have always thought of him as my soulmate, as the love of my life. And him telling me that he doesn't love me made me feel deeply hurt. I tried asking him if it's a phase that he's having or if he is really unsure of his love for me. To which he said it's both because when he ain't in his space, he just doesn't have the energy to feel love for anyone including me.

He reiterated that he has been living this depressed, sad life for a while now and that there's a reason why he doesn't let people very close. He thought eventually maybe with me things will be fine because I am happy, chirpy but he thinks my light is dimming because of him. He told me to let go of us. I don't know what to do. I genuinely really love this guy. But I can't deny, it has been very very difficult. I feel unloved, not cared for very many times. And i don't blame him but it's not like any other conventional relationship dynamics.

Last night we decided to end things. I told him we would and should never talk to eo ever again to be able to get over. He agreed. This afternoon I texted him again and asked if he could come over for one last time.

He said he'll be there by 9pm. It's 6pm ish rn. Idk what it is? How do I let go of this? How do I let go of my love? Uk all my life i have wanted a guy who is madly in love with me and I am with him, that's it. We grow together, build our careers and live a happy happy life. But life ain't that easy...Do I let him go? do I hold onto him and help him because what even is love if u let go of them in difficult times? I am really confused.

ADHD friendly mains preparation

Mains Accountability Group | Sept–Dec 2026

I’m creating an accountability group for Mains preparation, preferably for women, though I won’t exclude anyone based on gender. The only requirement is consistency and accountability.

I have worked as a clinical psychologist, so I’ve designed the structure to be ADHD-friendly, flexible and sustainable, without compromising on discipline

 1. Long-Term Goal

By December, we aim to cover:

GS II, GS III GS IV, Both Optionals

This is for people who have already covered a reasonable portion of their syllabus, not those starting Mains preparation from scratch.

 1. Mandatory daily and weekly Targets

Every week, starting 28th August, you will set your OWN targets and post them in the Telegram group.

You get 6 days to complete them, with the 7th day reserved for mandatory reporting.

You set your targets for the day and then by the end, update on how much you could conclude.

 1. 80% Rule (task-based, not hours-based)

You are expected to complete at least 80% of your self-set targets each week ( for daily work, it's kept flexible)

a. <80% = 1 warning

b. 2 warnings = removal from the group

c. Genuine unforeseen circumstances can be communicated and will be considered.

(repeated/excessive exceptions may not be accommodated)

\-Across the 20-week period, you should meet the 80% benchmark for at least 16 weeks. Two consecutive failures may lead to removal.

\-Unfinished targets can be carried forward once, but the next week's target must remain realistic.

 1. Answer Writing (preferably pyqs if you haven't done it already)

10 written answers every week are mandatory.

They can be from GS or either Optional.

You are also encouraged to give each other constructive feedback. The aim is to create an external accountability system for answer writing and learn from each other.

You need not write the entire answer. Write a rough brain dump, just stimulate your brain actively at least once a day so, to ensure better results.

 1. Optional Hour Tracker

An hourly tracker will be provided, but using it is optional. Use it if time tracking helps you stay productive.

 1. Flexible Structure

There is no fixed daily timetable.

Take breaks, rearrange your days and work according to your own schedule. The only expectation is that you complete the goals you committed to. This is to provide to my ADHD babies with structured flexibility.

 1. Privacy

No personal DMs between members. This is to protect everyone's privacy and maintain the integrity of the group.

 1. One Principle

Your weekly targets should ultimately help you reach the December goal. So, ensure they are reasonably challenging and aligned with the December goal.

 1. Mandatory revision days

With most of us, we love novelty but revisions seem boring and redundant. so, its mandatory that after every 15days of work, there's 1 fixed day to only revise everything that is previously studied or atleast a final slot each/ alternate day to revise .

Set realistic goals → Work consistently → Report honestly → Repeat.

This isn't about studying the maximum number of hours. It's about actually doing what you said you would do.

My DMs are open to anyone who thinks this can work for them. The schedule begins from 28th August, 2026. So, enrollments are open till then. It's by the students, for the students and of the students... HAPPY LEARNING!

25F, Please read the whole thing!

25F | Delhi

I don’t want this to sound like a CV, because honestly, I’m not looking for a CV either. I’m looking for a person I can genuinely fall in love with. So, I’d rather start with who I am and what I’m looking for.

I’m someone who romanticises the silliest things, loves deeply, and probably cares a little more than necessary , about people, animals, and even worldly problems that don’t directly affect me. I have a tendency to go over and above for the people and things I care about, and honestly, it’s selfish in a way because it genuinely makes me happy. So, I probably won’t do very well with someone who is too nonchalant or simply doesn’t care.

I’m emotional, but I’m also quite carefree. I love adventure, trying new things, and generally saying yes to experiences, sports included.(pr mere pet mein gudgud hone lagti hai, but I still love them). I like experimenting, learning, changing my mind, and becoming a slightly better version of myself every now and then.

I’m academically inclined and naturally curious, and I have a huge soft spot for people who genuinely enjoy learning. A little nerdy, a little goofy, intellectually curious, but equally capable of enjoying life, that combination gets me. A growth mindset and intellectual compatibility are probably two of my biggest requirements.

I also love having hobbies and doing things simply because they make life more fun. I speak five languages fluently, learnt Indian classical music for four years, and love dancing, painting, working out regularly, and trying random new things whenever life allows. High five if you're into International affairs, geopolitics....

I’m a single child and extremely close to my parents. Family matters to me, and I’d want a partner who is emotionally aware and has a good relationship with their own family, especially their parents. Not because I expect some picture-perfect family dynamic, but because I’d want someone who understands why mine mean so much to me.

And because this is India and pretending caste, religion, education and family backgrounds don’t matter would be a little dishonest:

I’m Hindu, Maratha (Kshatriya), studied Clinical Psychology, and currently work in a hospital setting. I recently switched jobs and moved to Delhi to explore a new calling. Alongside work, I’ve also been preparing for the Civil Services for the past two months. I haven’t quit my job yet because I want to make an informed decision about whether this is genuinely something I’m suited for, and whether it’s actually my cup of coffee.(I don’t like tea. 😌)

As for what I’m looking for: someone kind, emotionally mature, intellectually curious, ambitious , and capable of both deep conversations and absolute nonsense. Someone who cares. Someone who has his own life, interests and opinions, but also knows how to show up for another person. I’m independent and fully capable of taking care of myself, but I’m still drawn to a man who has a strong provider instinct. Someone who takes responsibility, thinks ahead, wants to build stability, and finds happiness in taking care of the people he loves. I don’t see partnership as 50/50 in every little thing, I see it as both people bringing their strengths to the relationship and genuinely wanting to make each other’s lives easier. Someone who believes in the right kind of masculinity, and like their women to be soft and calm around them. also, I am 5'5 and I workout regularly, i would expect my partner to be atleast 3 inches taller than me.

Please do not dm hi hello because it's difficult to navigate things that way, you can send a link to ur post or please make an effort to introduce urself in detail in the comments or in the dm whatever works for u. Please do not lie about urself because it only makes it worse in long term. Toodles!
