5800XT High Temps

I recently got a 5800XT because my old CPU ended up being faulty. After the install, everything goes well and boots up. However, whenever I’m just idling, it stays at about 60-65c and when gaming, it shoots up to about 85-90c. I read online that it should remain between 70-85c while under load and 35-45c while on idle. I have a Deepcool Ak400, which is just a single fan aluminum CPU cooler. Perhaps the cooler is too weak and I’d like to believe that I have good airflow in my case because my previous CPU is known for running hot but wouldn’t run hot in my setup. Just a bit worried that the temps are too high for comfort

PC will randomly shut down and reboot

The past couple months, my PC has randomly shut off and rebooted by itself as if nothing happened. It can be simply in the desktop with nothing running and it'll just crash randomly. When I go to the Event Viewer, I'm provided with the event below. I changed the PSU thinking it could be a power draw issue but it seems that's not the case. I'm upgrading my RAM soon so maybe it could be faulty RAM due to age. Other than that, I'm not sure what else it could be.

Loud humming sound coming from PSU when starting PC

For context, I just got the RM850X PSU from Best Buy a couple hours ago and installed it in my PC because my last one was faulty. However, whenever I start the PC, it makes a loud humming sound for a couple seconds and then just completely stops once it boots into Windows. After that, it doesn’t do it again. What could be the reason?
