I thought I got Basic knowledge but after being in Shenzhen I know nothing.

Just been in Shenzhen to visit a wholeseller. It is crazy how many different teas and varieties there are. In my hometown I am Happy to choose between 5 Pu'ers but Here... So I Just Had a 2 hours tasting and learned about the culture.

But by listening I Just learned how Basic my knowledge is. Funny as I was Just thinking about opening a small tea Shop Just Last year.

How do Chefs look for the best produce and ingredients?

Hi together,

it always interested me in how the Chefs find the time and manage to find the right ingredients. From what I seen and know from my own cooking: The best ingredient can be a specific variety of Pistachio kernel, a grass fed cow or a cold pressed natural oil.

So, is there a certain kind of job, that sells to high end cooks? or do the really source on their own?

Does every new Chat forget old rules?

I started using notion and it helps a lot!

Usecase:

Doing all my material management for my food production. It collects orders, productions and the production process, puts new material in the inventory and deletes from the inventory when a new production is done. This by connecting databases via relations to each other.

BUT:

Having a long chat and give a new command to the AI like "I just produced 10 bags of Tea" it will take the lose tea, the bags and the label from the inventory and add 10 bags of final product to the inventory. So far so good. Sometimes it happens, that a chat just loses itself and starts thinking for eternity.

And then I open a new Chat to give the same command. And it will just add the production e.g. to the production history but will not renew the inventory.

Any solution for that kind of problem?

TL;RD: Do I have to train every Chat anew?
