I haven't seen anyone mention this yet, but this has got to be a bug right?

Winston's barrier still blocks damage in the community crafted mode before it's even deployed. The bubble is still there, just invisible.

It also doesn't seem to take damage during this period, meaning when it automatically deploys after ~1 second it'll still be at full health.
