STEM or STEAM?

In the last few years, there has been a push to include Arts in STEM. The rationale that I’ve heard is that STEM people are often very analytical, and creativity is either lacking, suppressed, or belittled. The move to include the Arts was an active process to embrace and encourage creativity.
I understand that there are some very creative solutions in STEM, but does this rationale hold any water?

Captain the B grade team

I want to be captain of the B team. In A grade, everyone is gunning for your spot, you are always looking over your shoulder. As captain of the B team, you are strong and consistent, you are a leader, and develop those coming through the ranks. You’ve had your time, but other people can take your place in the spotlight.
I’m good at what I do, and I’m excited to see others achieve and surpass me

EDIT - Should clarify, I’ve done A- grade, I operate at the peak, time to build others and help others grow

Thoughts?

I’m looking at a 3d printer for the kids, something not too complex that they won’t get bored of. It will mostly be used for printing custom robotics parts, and a bit of decorative stuff. What are the groups thoughts on the FlashForge Adventurer 5m Pro or the Creator 5?
What are the software options for these for design and slicing like?

What have I done?

I’m about to submit my application in public health/global health! My supervisor seems really cool, and is stoked for me, but I feel like a hobbit (but without the hairy feet). I know it’s going to be big, but not sure I realise the horrors I am about to face haha!

I come from a clinical background, rather than an academic one, so fingers crossed!
