Old pierced ears causing issues

I got my ears pierced at 4 years old but quickly found out that I'm allergic to specific metals (don't know which ones cause my parents never got me tested), so I have up wearing earrings at around 10 years old.

I've noticed that on rare occasions my holes will fill up with this pus like substance? It's clear and a chunky white substance when I push on my earlobe. I forget about it until it happens again. My sister isn't sure what's going on; she's knows more about piercing than me but she's never fully healed a pierced hole.

I can see exactly where I was pierced and I can feel the lil hard scar bulb; where the substance builds up in.

There's been so many times where I feel extreme regret for getting my ears pierced, especially at such a young age.

Can't seem to get good sleep due to chronic pain

I keep getting repeated pain in my neck and shoulders, doctors say it's probably a pinched nerve. I used to be a side sleeper when I was younger but moved to a stomach sleeper since my shoulders kept hurting. After doing some research, I've learned that stomach sleeping can make the pinched nerve worse and also be contributing to my lower back pain.

I've tried so many different positions and so many different pillows, I even bought a new mattress that's supposed to be for side sleeping. But my neck keeps hurting and especially my shoulders keep hurting. I often wake up periodically through the night to switch sides and sometimes not even able to go back to bed after only a few hours of sleep.

It's starting to impact my work, cause working while on little sleep just isn't beneficial.

I'm tired of buying products that don't help and wasting money. I recently bought an almost 200 pillow out of desperation, which also hasn't helped much.

The only position that gives relief is on my stomach, but again, that's the worst sleeping position.

For context; I have lordosis from toe walking, had it for as long as I remember and with it comes chronic back pain, along with really bad period cramps. I've been meaning to speak with my doctor about it but just kept forgetting. I didn't take it very seriously.

This happened a couple days ago, I was planning on baking some treats for my coworkers. I love getting baked and baking, very soothing. I also wanted to take a week of sobriety, haven't done it in a bit and thought one was due, I had this 100 mg thc shot that I didn't want to go to waste, so I took it all in one sitting. I thought the worst that could happen was having to nap off a bad high. I also had an energy drink.

Eventually, I started to get overstimulated and had rapid thoughts, plus I was missing an ingredient so I couldn't start the baking anyways. I put everything away and went to lay down on my bed, getting ready to nap off some of the thc or at least rest my body a little (I have very limited energy). My sister comes in, asking me about the pies, and when I went to sit up to talk with her, I suddenly froze. All I could mumbled out was something about my back before this absolute piercing pain suddenly grew to an even worse pain. I screamed. I've never screamed before in my life outside of amusement rides. And I have a pretty high pain tolerance, only being reduced to a sobbing mess if the pain was really bad. I managed to drag myself out of bed and army crawled to the door; I knew I would have to be taken to the hospital one way or another and my room is a mess because well... my back always hurt and I never had the energy to actually clean it.

When I got to the door, the pain had migrated to my pelvis, I ended up flipping myself onto my back, propping my legs up like I was giving birth. It felt like that scene from Alien; the chestburster scene, but instead of bursting out my chest, it was trying to burst out my pelvic bone. It felt like something had popped out and the pain suddenly stopped, being replaced with an orgasm afterglow. Probably because I was really high, but I 100% creamed my pants.

Anyways, my sister calls 911, gets an ambulance to me, they take me to the hospital, blah blah blah usual stuff. I waited in the waiting room for like 3 hours just for an opening with a doctor.

The doctor felt around my back and said I didn't break anything or had some sort of infection, so I was good to go. He looked at me for like 5 minutes tops. I wasn't even prescribed anything, just told to take some acetaminophen and use some lidocaine patches. He also said that the muscle spasm probably happened because of the thc; I get a bit twitchy while high but it's mainly in my legs.

I was sent home with a doctor's note and spent the rest of the day laying down. My back felt fine, but I was so scared of triggering that pain again. I don't want to go through that ever again. Worst pain in my life.

My sister thinks it could've been cause by me playing Just Dance the weekend prior and not stretching out my back. She also thinks it could've been an inflamed nerve near my spine, but we really don't know anything outside of "it was a muscle spasm".

I've got a doctor's appointment coming up, hopefully that'll give me some answers. In the meantime, I'm gonna be avoiding substances and reducing my caffeine intake.

TL;DR: I got way too high, had a muscle spasm caused by ignored chronic back pain.
