Half ramps are important for building detailing, and the only non-stone versions are the Harkonnen half ramp and smuggler, which has its own downside with the spine hanging out. Makes tight mazes tough because you can only go through the sides, or just in general really could use more half ramps for the buildings.the other full ramp designs are great but they just don’t fit everywhere.

That’s the most painful omission in the paid sets! Why paid if they’re half assed? Will they be filled out in the future? Building is the most time intensive thing in this game.

New people can’t join me on Arrakis server? That’s crazy. When will it be unlocked?

I can only tell you what I like. No hud, no hints, all vr. I’ll learn to play it like an instrument and hack it if I need to. You’ve got something great here.

It’s just info, at least people can know what they’re doing with regard to faction instead of a nonsensically blind free for all. We have comms and signals in universe/quests no problem, it fits.

Same thing as a scanner, but instead of showing the little water icon it shows the faction icon. That’s it.

Far from the full multiplayer, social, and PvP rework that is desperately needed to bring the insufficient mechanics up to a usable state, but it’s a start.

Hi, been loving my Crystal Super 50 for over a year (watch out though and tighten those joint screws cause it’ll fall apart and rip out the audio cable repeatedly). It looks incredible especially when the settings are dialed in. Simple for modern games with good brightness/contrast/highlights/shadows controls, I max out the contrast and minimize the color brightness/max headset brightness (+5/-5/100) and that gets me very nice colors and brightness.

Not every application has those granular controls. Resident evil 7 needs to be toned down to 4 because its brightness setting notches are too far apart, and World of Warcraft Classic which has no ingame settings looks good at 2, let alone web browsing which is best at 0. These applications are not in the saveable settings dropdown in Pimax Play because they are not native VR apps. I don’t see an a manual way to add them. So if I forget to change my settings I need to click out, but that also crashes the modded game.

So I was wondering two things:
If I’m missing a manual per-app setting for any program I want on my pc, not just native vr apps
And if there’s any way to control the headset settings in the Pimax vr overlay

Can’t wait to see how incredible this game will be in 10 years. You guys are real passionate artists and I appreciate it so much.

When I crouch to go through a half-wall crawlspace, now our cameras either stick to the ceiling and make it hard/impossible to see, or they clip through showing what’s on top. It was working fine before, the cam was nice and lowered appropriately, had no issues.

Kinda borked the whole filtrum part of my custom questline so navigating it is impossible now for initiates.

I just put on the silk face pad on my Crystal Super 50 + top strap and it’s so much better (fov)! It messed up the balance though and I was thinking I need counterweights anyway so does anyone recommend say 2x 150g pouches?

Edit: picked up the 300g 8k-x/5k/Super version from studioform, can’t wait!

The CHOAM colored suspensor light is alright, really needs more swatches, but doesn’t fit with my Fremen aesthetic at all. The old light was different, gave a different atmosphere, there was no need to remove it :( I just use glow tubes for now which are also cool.

Ps. Also disappointed I’ll never have access to specializations as a Fremen never joining Harkonnen or Atreides. I guess it’s a hardcore no shield no suspensor no base type character anyway but it kinda sucks…

I mean it’s literally the same item, what’s the point of the grade? Just upGRADE the thing by using 2-3 duplicates.
