I’m completely f*ck*d up right now. I need some strong mental support because I’m going through a series of unfortunate events. My life feels like it’s going to hell. My scholarship was rejected, then my nana passed away. After that, my mom had to undergo an arthritis operation, because of which I wasn’t able to attend college and ended up getting a year back. On top of all of this, my father has been mentally harassing me for the past week. I honestly don’t know how much more I can take.

I am quitting college so that the financial burden on my father can stop.

Hi everyone,

Main B.Tech first year ka student hoon. Meri mummy ki knee replacement surgery hui thi, jiski wajah se mujhe kaafi time unki care karni padi. Iske chalte meri attendance bahut kam ho gayi. Maine medical documents bhi college ko diye the, lekin phir bhi college ne mujhe final exams me baithne nahi diya. Attendance shortage ki wajah se mujhe year back mil gaya.

Ab mere parents chahte hain ki main kisi dusre private engineering college me first year se fresh admission le loon. Problem ye hai ki jitne bhi colleges se baat ki, sab JEE Main scorecard maang rahe hain. Maine JEE Main nahi diya tha, isliye admission dene se mana kar rahe hain.

Ab samajh nahi aa raha kya karun.

• Kya bina JEE Main scorecard ke kisi private B.Tech college me admission mil sakta hai?
• Kya kisi ne aisi situation face ki hai?
• Agar aap meri jagah hote to kya karte?

I’m a B.Tech CSE student at CSJMU and I’m looking for advice regarding an academic issue.

During my first year, my mother underwent a major knee replacement surgery. As the primary person helping at home, I had to spend nearly a month managing hospital visits, post-operative care, and family responsibilities. Because of this situation, I was unable to meet some attendance requirements.

Before the final examinations, I submitted medical records, hospital documents, and explained the circumstances to the university authorities. However, despite providing all supporting evidence, I was not permitted to appear for the final exams. I was then informed that I would have to repeat the entire first year.

I understand attendance rules are important, but I feel that genuine medical emergencies involving immediate family members should receive some consideration. Repeating a full academic year despite submitting valid proof feels extremely harsh.

What makes this even more frustrating is that I have been trying to meet the department director for the last two weeks to discuss the matter, but every time I visit the office, he is unavailable. As a student, I feel like I am not even getting a proper opportunity to present my case.

Has anyone faced a similar situation at CSJMU? Is there any academic appeal, grievance process, or legal remedy that can be pursued in such cases?

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

OK, I need help regarding a year back issue. Due to medical reasons, I had low attendance, and because of that, I was not allowed to appear for exams in 3 subjects. university requires 40% credits to be promoted to the 2nd year.

Out of the subjects I was able to appear for, I passed 1 and failed 1, and currently I have 30 credits. Is there any way to apply for re-evaluation, scrutiny, or any other process that could help me gain the required credits and get promoted to the 2nd year?

Baat ye hai ki mere college dost ke bhai ne RS Institute, Kakadeo (Kanpur) me admission liya tha. Admission thodi research aur ek dalal/reference ke through hua tha.

Admission ke baad usne sirf 1 din class attend ki, lekin usko coaching ka padhane ka tareeka samajh nahi aaya aur usne continue na karne ka decision liya.

Jab parents ne fee refund maangi (total around ₹40,000), to institute ne seedha mana kar diya. Sabse ajeeb baat ye hai ki institute ke owner ne khud bola tha ki:

Lekin uske baad se bas taalmatol chal rahi hai. Na refund diya ja raha hai, na koi clear answer mil raha hai.

Ab tak ye steps try kiye gaye hain:

• UP CM Helpline (1076) par complaint ki – wahan se bola gaya ki is type ki complaint wo handle nahi karte.
• DM ko email kiya – lagbhag 1 week ho gaya, koi response nahi aaya.

Maine Consumer Court ka option suggest kiya tha, lekin unke papa shayad time aur hassle ki wajah se us route par nahi jana chahte.

Payment proof available hai aur refund ke regarding communication bhi hai.

Kya kisi ne aisa case face kiya hai? Consumer Court ke alawa koi practical option hai kya? Legal notice, National Consumer Helpline ya kisi aur authority se kuch help mil sakti hai?

I'm facing a strange issue on website where I keep getting this error:

• Incognito/Private mode
• Disabled all extensions
• Cleared cache and cookies
• Logged out and logged back in
• Restarted browser and PC

Nothing seems to work, and I get the same error every time.

RS School, Baara me students bahut problem face kar rahe hain. Itni garmi me bhi kai classrooms me sirf 1 fan hai aur rooms ki condition bhi theek nahi hai. Humne principal aur concerned authorities ko issue bataya tha, lekin abhi tak koi action nahi hua.

Agar koi journalist ya local media person ye post dekh raha ho to please is issue par article/post banaye ya is matter ko highlight kare taki students ko basic facilities mil sake.
