Benefits?

What’s your greatest benefit from being flexible other than a sport?
I just recently started my journey because of kickboxing and was wondering what else I can gain from flexibility.

Is it a good strategy to learn by watching fighters you like?

Somebody once told me to pick 1-3 fighters who I really enjoy watching or want to replicate then study what they do.
I have noticed I go straight to khabib’s leg lace when i’m on top, Not from being taught but purely from watching his fights.
Is it a good idea to learn small things like this?

Trainer sensitivity

I know people aiming for high benchmarks change their sensitivity based on the scenario.
How do you guys go about training for a game? Do you use the sensitivity you use for in-game? Im assuming theres more to it since you’re not running the same sens in apex as you are in valorant. Does aim training overall just help with any sensitivity?

How to be less soft spoken?

Im an extremely good listener, in return I 100% lack skills in speaking clearly or even loud enough for someone to hear me. I am not shy by any means, I can easily speak to new people or say what I need to say.
I get told very often that i’m soft spoken or that I mumble…Any tips to fix this please?

This is my 2.5 week of training. Today during sparring I was told i’m too tense and heavy. Im not relaxed/loose at all. How can I work on this? In my head I don’t feel very tensed but it’s clear other people can see it.

Left out…

Im not sure if it’s because i’m starting to focus on myself but i’ve realized i’m never getting invited to the hang outs or gatherings anymore.
I’ll see my “friends” all hanging out on their story or whatever and it just hits me that they don’t even bother to ask.
ill ask them every single time because I have nobody but them you know? It sucks and I don’t know how to get over it, especially since our group has been together since high school…i’m now 24.
Tips on situations like this are appreciated, I just didn’t know who else to tell.

Progression as a construction laborer

Where did you find the time to study or enroll in a class that will progress your career?

For example, you’re working hours that would interfere with CDL-B classes. How do you go about it?

What’s your take on polymaths?

Are polymath’s worth it in today society?
Im deep in the learning rabbit hole on the content I consume on a daily basis. Often I will come across people learning everything from mathematical formulas to the history of philosophy.

My question is why? What are the benefits of learning all these things outside of a profession? Why do people take the time and study code, study math, learn a new language, or even learn how to learn properly without needing it in their career and everyday life?

Opinion on Crypto trading groups

For a time i’ve been getting into meme coin trading. Using tools such as phantom, pump.fun, DEX, etc. Often you’ll come across people promoting their groups on discord/telegram for coins they will be trading daily. They profit by making you pay monthly ofc. What’s your opinion on them?
