Is this what thirst trap means?

I cant figure out the colors of this character

The characters name is Vee, they are naive energetic ghost who becomes best friends with his killer. In terms of personality, I think they should have bright vibrant colors like orange, but I also think because they are a ghost they should have more dull or dark colors.

These are the colours I've been playing around with. I did also consider just making them white/gray

I'm kinda happy with these colours, but I'm still not too sure. First of the skin color is too close to an actual skin tone and I kinda want for the skin color to be up for interpretation, but it doesn't look good when I turn up the saturation.

I was hoping to get some notes on this, I'm still pretty new to character design and know very little about color theory.

Is this rare?

I have this dinosaur unikitty with a green face instead of pink like it's supposed to be. And I was wondering if it's rare and if I could sell it for a lot of money.
