eBay automated system claiming item is counterfeit but agents I have talked to have said otherwise. Any Advice?

I am highly frustrated right now. I was trying to sell a game system that was a limited edition and had it sold. I was getting ready to ship it and the buyer wanted to cancel the order. It's whatever I'm sure I could sell it again is what I thought. I relisted it and it came back flagged as counterfeit by ebay. I did an appeal and while I was on the phone with the agent who is a fan of the monster hunter series that the console is based off of they did their own independent research and didn't understand why it was flagged and thought it was stupid.

The agent set up the appeal for me after we talked a little bit about weapons from the game and I figured all would be good. Within 3 hours eBay denied the appeal believing it was still counterfeit. I called them again and the second agent was also able to verify after doing their own research that it was not a counterfeit item. They set up a secondary appeal.

48 hours later I have not received an email or notification about the appeal process. The agent said it could take up to 72 hours so I was going to wait the full length of time but was curious why I didn't receive an email this time.

I called again today and the third agent was in the same boat as the first two agents and was able to get me an answer. They weren't able to find out why it was flagged but eBay does not want me relisting the item and it's still holding fast to it being counterfeit.

I'm at a loss as I have been on eBay for almost 20 years now. Part of me wants to relist it with new pictures and a different description, the other part of me wants to give a middle finger to eBay.

Another part of me is curious if it was flagged because I used AI generation from eBay's suggestion and maybe it flagged itself because of that. Either way I'm at a loss of what to do anyone else had a similar situation?

Heads up of an issue for dub watchers on Crunchyroll

So this is a conversation I had with an agent on Crunchyroll. Unfortunately it wasn't very productive and I don't think the issue is going to get resolved. Just wanted to give anyone a heads up who's trying to rewatch sword art before the new game comes out.

AT&T trying to charge for devices being returned despite following their options.

Location: New Mexico

I am currently fighting AT&T over our final bill. In April 2026 they sent us an email saying that they were going to be increasing our prices. This is the options that they provided to us if we did not want to participate in the price hike.

We will apply this price increase to each phone line on your Impacted Plan(s) beginning with bills issued on or after April 25, 2026.

Please note that if your phone line was activated after October 24, 2025, you will not be affected by the price change until you have completed 6 months of service. Until that time, we will apply both the price increase and an offsetting $5 per month credit to the line.

You have several choices:

• keep enjoying your Impacted Plan(s) at the new rates;

• move each impacted phone line to a newer rate plan, including our current Unlimited Your Way®

for business-eligible AT&T Business

Unlimited phone plans, which have new and updated features. Details about these plans can be found at att.com/bizUYW3. (For AT&T Business Unlimited Standard 3.0 plan: After 5GB, AT&T may temporarily slow data speeds if the network is busy)

• or, cancel your impacted phone line(s). We understand you may want to cancel your service on an Impacted Plan, and we can assist you with that. Please call us at 1-800-331-0500 to discuss your cancellation

options in more detail.

o If you choose to cancel an impacted line for a phone with a service commitment, we will waive the Cancellation Fee that would otherwise apply as long as you cancel service by July 27, 2026.

o If you choose to cancel an impacted line for a phone that has an installment agreement with a remaining balance and don’t want to pay it off to keep your phone, we will waive the remaining installment balance as long as you cancel service and return the phone by July 27, 2026. When you call in, the AT&T representative will provide you with a pre-paid return label and information on how to complete your return.

We decided to go with the option to cancel and we returned the phones on April 14th. We thought this was resolved but then we got hit with an almost $1,900 phone bill due to the remaining time that need to be paid off on the devices. They are claiming that since we started service with them in February 2025 that we are exempt from being able to return our devices without having to pay off the rest of the amount owed and this only applies to people who had service after October. The way I read it is this applies to anyone as long as they get it done before July. I just want to make sure I am reading this right and if I am and they refuse to resolve and insist that I pay or they will send to collections.

Has anyone else ran into this issue with them and if so how did you resolve it?

UV In Era Aurora

This kit has been one of my dream kits for a while and has been sitting in my backlog. I was trying to figure out the best route to go color scheme wise because I knew I wanted to do something special for it. Right now it's just a quick snap build with some Stedi Red and Blue water based fluorescent panel liner as well as Stedi laser markers for the blue parts. This is my first time building a kit that had a preassembled frame and a metal frame. Definitely learned a lot and made a few small mistakes but luckily nothing critical. Still debating if I want to add the water slides since it looks good without them but I also kind of like the idea of more gold on the white.

The only real cons on this kit is that the weapon is super heavy and difficult to pose. Also the head has almost no real articulation without making it look stupid. There were a few small pegs here and there that weren't lining up correctly and I had to bend or stretch parts to get them to fit right but that could have just been mine. Definitely loved that the entire manual with colored that helped with some situations. There were a few spots that could have definitely used a little more explaining or he zoomed in view but wasn't too hard to figure out. All in all though definitely an 8/10 build.
