2024 Q8 e-tron Premium Plus or 2025 A6 e-tron Premium Plus?

The lease on our Q4 e-tron Prestige is coming to an end. Everything EV aside from Hyundai/Kia is leasing terribly these days (and they have a massive unsolved failure point currently), so we're looking to buy something gently used instead. The choice is between a 2024 Q8 e-tron Premium Plus or 2025 A6 e-tron Premium Plus. 15k miles on the A6, 25k miles on the Q8. Price is the same, give or take a few grand. We can't decide what to go with. Which would you choose and why?

Which of these estimates for pool replaster/repair makes the most sense?

My sister and I have decided to finally fix our parents' pool. It's been sitting empty for a decade. It was originally emptied due to cracking plaster (after many patch repairs) but that was never done. The pool heater and pump were replaced a few years before it was emptied and still turn on and seem to function, but their utility gives a rebate for a variable speed pump, so it probably makes sense to replace that.

Here are the three estimates we got (waiting on a fourth):

Estimate #1:

Total $17,050 (with tile, $12,100ish without):

- Pool demo and replaster - $8,000

- Tile (optional) - $4,900

- Return lines - $2,400

(two returns, break/repair concrete and digging, new return fittings)

- Startup - $800

- LED light

Estimate #2:

Total: $24,000

- Pool demo and replaster - $8,250

- New skimmer with all split main drain, demo of old skimmer, break/repair concrete - $2,750

- New return line (with digging/trench), 3 return lines to shallow end - $3,750

- New light niche with new conduit and junction box - $1,850

- LED light - $949

- Filter - $2,249 (Hayward)

- Pump - $1,849 (Pentair)

- Install of pump/filter/plumbing - $950

Estimate #3

Total $34,000 (not broken out)

- Demo and plaster

- Split main drains

- New plumbing - two main drains on deep end, 3 return lines, suction auto fill line

Pics of pool (in current state) and equipment) attached.

Thoughts?

Does anyone have the production numbers for each of the non-standard 500 Abarth colors in the US?

I've been looking at 500 Abarths off and on for a while to add to the stable to keep the miles off my Alfa Giulia QV. We have other cars, including some classics (a classic Mini, a 993, and an R107 Mercedes), in the household but this would be something that splits daily driver duties for me specifically. I've always wanted one and almost bought a new one in 2013, but ended up buying a VW GTI instead.

It seems that 99% of the cars on sale are black, white, red or gray. I ran through all the model catalogs from 2016 to 2019 (when "cooler" colors were available) and made a list (below). Does anyone know how rare these are? Most of these I've never even seen in person and some don't even pop up on Google (as US models, at least), so I'm not even sure any were sold:

2016: https://autocatalogarchive.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/08/Fiat-500-Range-2016-CA.pdf

* Grigio Cenre

* Rhino

* Giallo Modena

* Celese Blu

2017: https://autocatalogarchive.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/11/Abarth-500-Range-2017-USA.pdf

* Same as 2017

2018: https://autocatalogarchive.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/03/Fiat-500-2018-CA.pdf

* Pompei Silver

* Laser Blue

* Metallo Gray

* Oliva Green

2019: https://autocatalogarchive.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/05/Fiat-500-2019-USA.pdf

* Same as 2018, except Metallo Gray seems to have become Colloseo Gray (unless I'm color-blind)

The QV I'm trying to keep miles off and the Mini (that is not quite suitable to split daily driver duties) below:

What are these that keep popping up in our yard every morning [Southern California/Los Angeles] and are they dangerous to dogs?

These have been popping up every morning. We have a new puppy who goes outside and I'm concerned about here eating one of these. What are these?
