Training thighs and hamstrings causing immense discomfort on member
I started going to the gym regularly a month ago and it’s gotten to the point where I’m feeling a difference. However, it’s causing a ton of discomfort when I do adducts, rdls, and other times standing and walking with my feet close together.
Are there any practical solutions to this or would I just need to bring up different exercises? Or would I need to get new pants?
