Best hotel management groups?

I’m with a great company that has a lot of different hotels that I love.. but it seems like everyone at my current property is failing up..? You do poorly at one position then they just promote you. I’m doing well and it seems like my boss is challenging my accomplishments and stifling opportunities to humble me. Please tell me there’s a management company out there with better culture. I’ve worked for 4 other management groups but none of them have the caliber of hotels this one has and the SOPs are always shaky. If there’s nothing out there better, I fear I’ll have to leave the industry I love and have been apart of for my entire career (15 years) permanently.

How do I recover and move on from narc abuse post-divorce?

Idk if I’ll ever trust again. I spent a lot of time wondering where I went wrong in my past long term relationship, only to realize too late that sharing all my hopes and dreams that he told me he agreed with, was just a tactic to win me over, not genuine shared beliefs. And when I felt safe enough to share my vulnerabilities, he was just storing them to weaponize them against me later. I trusted someone I thought loved me and had an open heart. But I ended up deeply hurt in a way I’m not sure I’ll ever heal from completely, and then divorced. And that’s what I’m left with. It’s been a year. Now, I think I met someone but I’m so afraid he’s not being genuine. And I’m so embarrassed of all I’ve been through and how I handled it that now that I’m finally faced with the opportunity to move on, I can almost feel myself sabotaging it before even seeing where it could go. I hate it bc I’ve been working through this and so much other shit I’ve been through in the last year with my therapist and we both thought I was ready but I think I might still be stuck in survival mode from all the past trauma. Idk if I’ll ever trust again.
