So for context, he is in the army, he comes home in the morning for around 40 minutes then has to leave again.

I woke up a little late, was also feeling a bit sick this morning. But I got up and started making a breakfast he's been wanting. He comes home, takes a quick shower, the comes downstairs and asks what im making. I told him what I was making and he said "thats gonna take too long" and I said "oh im sorry. I can make something quicker. Regular eggs?" And he said "im just gonna do it." Halfway through making his eggs he says "you know what, f\*\*k this! I dont have time for this" then started aggressively making his coffee (by aggressively i mean throwing things around, slamming doors, stuff like that). Then he just left.

For more context. I came from a bad home, my father was very abusive to say the least so any form of aggression seriously sends me into a panic attack and to avoid. Its what ive known all my life. When someone is upset with me I stay away. And I am genuinely working on it but ive only been living with my bf for 3 months now. Its gonna take me time to work on that trauma.

But anyways I made Dinner and left it there and went upstairs to the room. He came home and I didnt greet him, as I said im very anxious when someone gets upset with me and even if I force myself all I will do is stand there and stay silent. But he texted me "so thats it huh?? If you dont care anymore thats perfect. You've had enough of me just tell me." And I said l " I never said i had enough of you. Just because im keeping my distance doesnt mean anything. I know you were upset this morning so im just giving space." And he said "The fact that you're ignoring me says a lot" and i said "Its how i react to when people get upset with me. Its a damn trauma response. If i was actually ignoring you i wouldn't even be responding through text right now either. Im not even trying to ignore you fully I just want space to calm down" and he said "enough already"

Then he goes off topic and says how he doesnt want any of what I planned for his birthday. And once I told him I had most of the things he said "sell it or return it. I dont want it"

I want to know genuinely what I can do or say that can help the situation as i have a horrible way of communicating how I feel in certain situations.

Hello! As the title says im in need some some friends! I just moved to a new state so im feeling a bit lonely. Open to any gender, but please be 21+. Also im married so please nothing weird. Im just looking for some people to vibe with!

Some things i like: Music (most kinds, but nu metal is my favorite), nintendo games, been getting into cooking so if theres anyone out there that loves that id love to get advice. Baking as well. My hobbies are kinda random xD but yeah open to looking to do more things!Also im happy to lend an ear and give advice if anything is troubling you! Hopefully i can make some good friends here :))

It was all so sudden, a month ago I had noticed he was limping on his right leg. So I took him to the vet, and they couldn't find anything wrong with him for a few weeks until one day they finally found a small lump under his armpit which was causing him to limp. They said it felt like tissue damage and gave us steroids to help.

After a week I noticed his limping was getting worse and worse to the point where he would no longer step on his paw, so I took him to the vet again, and they finally took samples of the lump that was under his armpit. And yesterday I got that call telling me that he has lymphoma.

Today I discussed with the vet my options and I just cant put him through all the procedures, I dont want to see him suffer, they felt that the lump has gotten bigger and has now spread over his body, they said I can prolong his life with medication but I just cant do it. I cant just prolong his life and see the possibility of him getting worse and worse. Im ending up having to put him down on Tuesday.

Im utterly heartbroken. He's been my best friend for 8 years, I had him since he was a kitten. Im moving soon and he was the one piece of home I was going to take with me. It hurts knowing he wont be there during the next phase of my life. God this hurts so much.
