I recently graduated from UT Dallas with a Master’s in Information Technology & Management, and I’m currently looking for full-time opportunities in the U.S.

I really want to join Scout. I’m mainly targeting Analyst, Strategy, Business Operations, Marketing, and Growth-related roles. I’ve been applying, networking on LinkedIn, reaching out to recruiters, and tailoring my resume, but the current market has been challenging.

For those who recently landed a job, especially international students, what worked best for you? Did referrals, networking, startups, staffing agencies, or high-volume applications help more?

Also, if anyone is hiring, knows of open roles, or would be willing to refer/help me land an opportunity, I’d really appreciate it.
