SEP early promotion to 601 — how does it usually happen?
Wanted to understand how early promotion to 601 works in JPMC India SEP.
For people who got promoted in their second year instead of third:
What did you do differently?
Did you discuss it with your manager early in the year?
Is May too late to start that conversation?
My org situation is also a bit weird right now — my manager and manager’s manager both moved teams, and now my manager’s manager’s manager has started connecting with us more closely. I’ve had a few career discussions with him already, so wondering if it still makes sense to bring up growth/early promotion expectations now.
