Can anyone tell me what these were awarded for? (UK, 90s)

I've tried Google and it's been no help

[Homemade] Spam musubi/onigiri

Tried my hand at some Spam musubi/onigiri. Tasty but very filling, maybe I'll only do one layer of rice next time.

2001 National Jamboree patches

I recently found my bag of patches I collected at the 2001 US National Jamboree and thought you guys might like to see them. We don't really do patches here as much as you guys so it was an interesting experience trading for these.

Spotted this near Edinburgh. What looks like a fortification and a circular formation to the south. Iron age?

It's about 120m x 80m

Old gaming PC resurrected

I recently posted about digging an old PC out of the shed and discovering it was a Vista-era Gaming PC. I decided to give it a chance and after some tinkering I have it running with a fresh install of Vista Home Premium and yes, it runs Crysis (very well, it defaulted to 'Very High' settings but I'm running it at 'High')

Anyone else ever looked at the LIDAR images for Scotland? Really interesting seeing what's mostly hidden to the naked eye

  1. East Lomond hill fort, 2. Maiden Castle (Lomond Hills), 3. Mavisbank Fort, 4. Medieval Ridge and Furrow farm in Fife

You can look yourself by using the side-by-side National Library of Scotland maps and selecting LIDAR from the layers menu

Disposing of some old PCs for my uncle. This one would have been decent back in the day.

Core 2 Quad, 8800GT 512MB, 4GB RAM, 500GB HDD

I feel bad scrapping it. The rest of the PCs are XP/Vista era office PCs and I assumed this was too.
