Open app, my map is gone. It just tells me to quick map

I go to map settings, my map is there, I click Use this Map, text message says it will use that map, app still shows no map and tells me to Quick Map

Force close app and clear cache. No change

Log out of app and back in. No change

Turn on multi map and run another quick map of my house. I now have 2 maps. I cannot choose either one. when I pick it it says it is using the map, but the screen tells me to Quick Map.

WTF is going on?

Had this for a few years and this just started recently. I noticed when I cam downstairs after it was done cleaning the robot was on the dock but the side brush was still spinning and it was not charging. This happened for a few days. I took the bae station apart, cleaned it all out, no change. I used my camera to look for the LED's on the base station and I see one, and occasionally see another. I ran a diode test on the inner 3 of the 4 LED's and both registered 1.7v

About this time the robot itself started reporting that is was trapped, when it wasn't trapped. It would be in the middle of the room and say it was trapped. So I stripped down the robot, cleaned everything, and replaced the 2 IR receivers behind the front bumper.

Now when I put the robot on the base station an set it to clean, it no longer gets trapped anywhere and cleans normally. But, when it goes to dock, it positions correctly, drives to the base station, lines itself up with the ramp, drives in slo-mo mode, spins around, and then starts backing up the ramp, but instead of driving straight, it veers off to the left and away from the base station. It then acts super confused and will spin and drive and spin and drive and think and not ever do anything.

A few times if I moved the base station AFTER it veered off, it will then successfully dock.

I reset the network connection that did nothing. I could wipe the map but that is a hassle and I don't want to bother unless it has a high chance of fixing it. Do I need to replace the IR Emitters in the base station? The board looks like it is a real pain to get to and I'm not sure what LED's it would want in there.

Looking for an affordable/cheap local guy who does gutter cleaning. The guy I had been using moved out of state.

I do not want a big gutter company who is going to send out a salesman who will spend 30 minutes telling me my entire house will spontaneously implode into a sinkhole by next Wednesday unless I write him check for $20k for new gutters right now.

Edit: In North Wilmington

I'm coming up on my first blade replacement. I don't know if I can just flip the blades to start using the other side of them to extend the life, or if the device alternates the rotational direction of the cutting wheel during the season to wear the blades evenly and I have to replace them.
