Thought it was psoriasis. Is this fungal? So confused!

I have been previously diagnosed with psoriasis, which cleared during my pregnancy. Now post partum, my skin all over my body seems to be flaring with something. A friend suggested high histamine. Now I’m wondering if this is fungal?? The inner corners of my elbows flare and thicken like psoriasis, then go away. My legs are just broken out in a wide spread scaley rash that may be difficult to see in the pictures.

My EBF 4 month old has never given us any sort of stretch beyond 2/3 hours. I noticed my mental health just kind of going downhill due to exhaustion and a series of bad news, one of which being my husband is having his third back surgery in one year. I’m about to be the sole care taker for him and my two children, as he cannot lift, bend, or do anything to help for 6 weeks. This has motivated me to improve my son’s sleep, but I’m STRUGGLING.

I have been trying to extinguish the dream feed. He wakes up every night at 10 or 11 like clockwork (I know, I’m an idiot for even doing it to begin with). He then wakes up every 2-3 hours for the remainder of the night. I have been doing a gentle Ferber approach and have been focusing primarily on the 10/11 feed and getting him back to sleep. We also removed the paci so as not to play paci pong all night. I’m seeing no improvement and no progress. My husband’s surgery is next week and I am desperate for sleep- mostly because it’s a nonnegotiable for my husband’s healing.

My son is in his crib, dark room, we have a solid bedtime routine. I lay down drowsy and continue to practice that for naps throughout the day. Am I asking too much if him to not feed every 3 hours at night? I should add he has been an excellent gainer.
