Does competing on social media get you an “in” for becoming an influencer?

I see so many competitors who are now influencers, and start to sell their own coaching program.

Is this an “in”? If i compete should i be considering capitalizing on it and trying to monetize my socials? Obviously it would be more of a stretch to make this my full time job, but id love to consider doing this for fitness merch/supplements.

Just curious. I know if you get your pro card you’ll automatically get requests for brand partnerships, but what about just competing in general?

ISO room (flex ok) or studio for <$2k in near chinatown

Looking for anywhere from 2 to 6 months! I work near Chinatown and want to find something super close!! Very easygoing, neat, kind, and out of the house all day at work.

Assuming | don't care about crime, homelessness, living in a bad neighborhood, etc, what's the absolute cheapest that I'd be able to find a 1 bedroom in lower Manhattan?
