Does someone else getting physical pain from this champ?

I love this zeri but I got an overuse injury playing this champ.
I had to quit Gaming altogether about 1,5 months until it got 99% better. Has someone else this problem or how do you even main this champ for so long without pain ?

How do you beat starlord as psylocke?
I mean I had problems before his buff but now he’s more often played.
I can’t aim for shit against his I frames and general wobble. His E ability counters the invisibility and I can’t reposition myself to get an advantage.
So how do you beat him ?
