So, Akiko is out of the box, and honestly, this doll is gorgeous, and her kawaii catgirl aesthetic suits her so well, and this is coming from someone who isn't normally drawn to pink dolls as much! She literally looks like she stepped right out of an anime to me, even down to her catgirl theming! Her hair being brown is really beautiful to me as well because MGA hasn't done a brunette doll other than Iris Bow in the RH doll line at all, and her hair color is super versatile for restyles, too!

My only major concern with her is her fingers getting crushed in those cat paw gloves, because it makes it so that you have to try to fix that problem yourself, and for a $30 doll, issues like this shouldn't be a concern for every single one of her dolls.🩷🤍🐈‍⬛

For Snezhnaya, it's really fun to explore so far, and I am taking screenshots of my Manekina in front of every mansion or castle I find there! The Frosty Plume dress in Miliastra Wonderland was truly perfect for this region, in my opinion, as well, and it feels amazing to be able to dress my Manekina like this without her feeling overdressed for the setting that she's in! I also found this picture of her on the moon really beautiful as well.

Another thing: do those Snezhnayan NPCs remind anyone else of Elsa and Anna from Frozen because I honestly can't unsee it! Maybe it's a reference to that...🖤💜❄️

So, I was lucky enough to catch Blaze's early Walmart drop, and she arrived yesterday. But anyways, this doll is absolutely GOREGEOUS to me, and she gives me very strong vibes that are similar to more beautiful fire themed anime and video game characters like Mavuika from Genshin Impact. I never owned a BJD doll before, but I absolutely love how Blaze literally looks like an anime character and has that incredible Rainbow High quality! I also found myself really enjoying styling her a lot, especially since she can fit so many different clothes from different doll lines. I think that I have been converted to this incredible doll line, even if it is beautiful in a completely different way than Shadow High and Rainbow High are to me!🖤❤️🔥

I saw the rise of Scalper listings for the MirrorMi dolls literally just after they first dropped, and it makes me genuinely angry that people are ruining this for normal doll collectors and reviewers who just want these dolls for their own collections or to fill the void that the Original Rainbow High doll line left in their hearts. Not everyone is big enough or lucky enough to get PR (even though if you ever want to send me PR, MGA, that would be amazing and I would review it to my heart's content), and it shouldn't be impossible for most people to get their hands on these PLAYLINE dolls!

Originally, I wanted Blaze Maxx from the line, but then I saw how goregeous Shai Meadows and Suki Goldpetal are. Let's just say that Shai is literally Delilah Fields 2.0 in more ways than just her phenotype. If you're a Rainbow High collector, you KNOW about Delilah's horrific Scalper price problem! Seeing this line getting treated like this this early is making me feel intensely frustrated and upset, and it's genuinely hard to get excited for a line whenever it's being treated like this. I will be stalking my local Targets until I could find a Blaze doll with a perfect faceup to review on my channel until I find one as well. But this doll hunt for this one doll has been an intensely frustrating experience for me and probably many other people who are just trying to find the dolls that they want from this line!🖤💜

So, I want to talk about how amazing and underrated the fashion in this doll line is, especially the coats! So I have the Ursula Inspired doll, the Cruella Inspired doll, the Miranda Inspired doll, and the Hocus Pocus Inspired dolls from this line, and while the base dolls aren't the strongest in this line compared to other lines, the dolls are great quality for what they are and the fashions in this line are consistently strong in my opinion.

Fashion wise, the Miranda doll has become a favorite for me. While the base doll is okay for what she is, the designer-parody fashions with this doll remind me so much of the high-quality designer parody outfits that Rainbow High and Shadow High used to make during Rainbow High's better days. And yes, Naomi Storm, one of my personal comfort dolls, absolutely LOVES the purple fur coat a lot as well!

For my favorite base doll in the line, it is definitely between the Hocus Pocus Inspired doll and the Ursula Inspired doll. Both of these dolls have such great clothing pieces, and I love the purple hair on the Ursula doll and the beautiful natural redhead phenotype on the Hocus Pocus doll. I find them the most photogenic in the line as far as base dolls go. Not to mention that the Hocus Pocus doll's duster looks amazing on one of my favorite Shadow High dolls as well!

Seriously though, the jackets and coats in this line don't disappoint!🖤💜
