The Doctor that performed my surgery provides a booklet with a fixed diet plan for 15 days, 30 days, 2 months, 2 months onwards. The first two have hourly 30ml meals (going to 50). The latter have 2 hour meals. Attaching a picture for reference. Usually its written 2 months onwards but most patients follow it till 6-8 months post surgery. Is it promoting grazing?
I am a student and use my phone a lot. I got in October 2025 and its currently at 94% BH (319 cycles) which isnt too bad even tho i do use it a lot. What concerns me is the extremely poor battery life im getting. Ive always had find my on and stuff and i used to get like 6-8 hours of regular screen on time with the 80% Battery Limit (mind you its been on since i got the phone). Now i just get 3-4 hours max with 1 hr of it being Instagram use. What is wrong with my device?
So my team suggested getting a Body Shaper 15 days after the surgery, but im concerned that its a bit too soon considering im yet to shed a lot and the effects arent even visible yet. They have me wearing those leg warmer sleeves for blood circulation since Day 1, which I dont mind, but im confused as to when the rest of y’all got Body shapers to avoid loose saggy skin
Im 7 days Post Op. My starting weight was 335 pounds (152 kg) and im down to 319 pounds (145.5) in a week. I still have 8 days of Pure Liquids to Go, will the weight loss be linear or can i expect it to stop/reduce over time?
I know there are some gaps like the 3 week thing and others but is it ok to be losing like 15 pounds in a week? Considering others seem to have lost weight slowly?
After debating whether or not to switch my A16 with a Mini, got the Space Gray Mini! Loving it so far, suggest some good games and best apps to use with it!
I’ll make this short, I have an year-old A16 iPad, but i find myself using it scarcely only for class notes in Uni at best. I rather see myself using my phone a lot but im worried about excess use (300 cycles since October) and I’d also like something a bit bigger to view content on, since I stream a lot of motorsport/football.
Im debating keeping the A16 or exchanging one for an iPad Mini, i think the form factor might be perfect for my needs but I’m not sure if Apple India offers exchanges and any additional student discounts.
Should i shift to the mini? I have a Macbook but i mostly use it for Research papers and internships (Law student) so just want to know potential hiccups of the Mini or something that might put me off later.
Would also appreciate insight from Indian Mini users and information on exchange/offers considering the Back to School discounts start soon
