How would you guys feel if Resident evil came to the game?

I just started playing RE 9 yesterday and it just kinda came into my head that this may be a possibility for universus. UVS games has worked, and is still is working with Capcom in some capacity with SF6. Would it be too far of a stretch for UVS to implement one of Capcoms other prominent IP’s? I for one would be very excited for it but it would be a different genre from what we’re used to. We have yet to see any sort of horror IP’s to my knowledge.

Who would you want to play and how would you design their kits? Would you want it to come to the game at all? What are some attacks and foundations you can think of?

Advice for what product to buy next

Hello all, hope you’re doing well. I am looking to buy the Godzilla challenger or save up some and buy 2 reign of Kaiju boxes as my next purchase for the game. So I’m here to ask the people who have one or both of these which one you think would be smarter to buy first.

My brother, who I play the game with, thinks the Reign Of Kaiju would be better and from pure value he’s right. But I want the Godzilla challenger more and I’ve wanted it for a while. Both are around the same price on TCG player at the moment. What do yall think?

Mha villains that represent the 7 deadly sins

I had a thought today at work and I want to hear other peoples interpretation on this. Which MHA villains represent each sin? It doesn’t have to be strictly from the LOV. So characters like Stain, Gentle, Redestro, etc also apply. My only ask is try not to have one character that fills multiple sins. Here’s my list:

Wrath: Shigaraki (Prone to anger and generally crashed out when stuff didn’t go his way. He also wanted to destroy for the sake of destroying.)

Greed: All For One (I mean… do I really have to explain?)

Envy: Dabi (Was envoys of Shoto replacing him so much he tried to kill him as a kid. As an adult he comments how Shoto must have had it easy while he was abandoned.)

Pride: Overhaul (Believed himself to be superior to everyone else. Treated most of his subordinates as nothing but pawns in his game, killing some without a second thought.)

Gluttony: Moonfish (Cannibal that’s only lines we’re about wanting more flesh.)

Lust: Toga (Definitely have to stretch the definition a bit but she obsesses over people. Often so much that violence is the only way she can manage her urges “to love”. And probably not very relevant is naked the most of any other villain.)

Sloth: Mustard (This in my opinion is probably the hardest one because almost none of the villains are truly lazy. I’m mostly picking Mustard because he kinda just stood in the same spot and just shot at people.)

What do y’all think?

Guys… I think Aizawa’s the best he’s ever been.

Yeah he feels freaking great. His beta isn’t strictly a moment tool anymore and his alpha having better range and being faster make it feel so much better. I’m having so much fun with this character again and can’t wait for his qss next month.

This combo may or may not be true I was in flow state I never labed this.

I think I hate neo academia.

When the map came out I thought it was really good. Easily my second favorite behind chaos city. But now I kinda dread playing on it. Mostly because of the storm rotations. They always seem to close on the hospital, the coffin in the sky, or the parking garage. And when that happens it almost always becomes a heal off or just uninteractive for grounded characters. It’s just so boring. The portals also frustrate me. I’ve lost games or my tag becomes unrecoverable because the portals disappear. I do think the map still has good qualities, but It doesn’t offset the stuff I hate.

Can we just not have this the game anymore?

Like… we can’t have a hard cap on how much damage you can take within a certain amount of time? Even if I knocked the Deku away, the AFO would have killed me. I guess skill issue on my part…

Stuff like this can just be so frustrating sometimes.

Has anyone gone through this?

When I was a youngen, my favorite heroes were Spider-man, Johnny Storm, Wolverine, and Hulk. The more righteous/ traditional superheroes. When I was in my teenage years my favorite heroes I loved Moonkinght, Punisher, and Deadpool. The more morally ambiguous characters. Now that I’m in my 20’s I’ve gone full circle back to Spider-man, Wolverine, Doctor Strange, and Captain America.

Has this happened to anyone else? Am I nuts how did this happen?

What’s your favorite costume

What is your favorite costume for your main? You don’t have to own the costume or anything just what’s your favorite. If your like me and constantly going through a character crisis just tell me your top five or more if you want. I’ll go first…

Tokoyami: Knight Of The Dark Abyss (default)

Aizawa: Kung Fu or Silent Warlord (defaults)

Kirishima: Unbreakable (default)

Shigarki: Dark Knight (default)

All For One: Armor Of The Demon Lord (default)

In your opinion, what is the single biggest buff and single biggest nerf in the games history?

What is one singular change that took a mid character to godhood and a good character to the garbage. I’ll go first.

Rapid Mights beta having momentum literally made the character S tier over night. It was insane how good that one change made the character.

Removing Twices combos from the Gamma killed the character. That was like the one thing he had that made him able to consistently get value and they removed it.

Throwing my hat in the ring: A Stain concept

Here we go, my single most anticipated character. I’ve been wanting this character in the game since day freaking one. Hell I posted a comment on an old DRC3 video when the game came out. I have thought about his kit hundreds of times and I want to share my ideas, since I’ve done that a couple times on here. There’s a lot here including a new status effect.

I want to clarify first that I am NOT a game designer. I have no idea how plausible any of this is but I think it could be cool. Any numbers I bring up are arbitrary, just to further illustrate my ideas. Let’s cull some fakes shall we…

Hero Killer Stain

Role: Rapid

Hp:275

New status effect: Laceration

Applies damage over time to health. Leaves blood trail on the ground that stays for a short duration. Can be stacked 3 times, increasing amount of health lost and each new stack resets timer. Upon reaching max stacks, timer can not be reset and will not add more damage. Health drinks immediately cleanse all stacks.

Melee’s: Stain slashes in a 5 hit combo, the final hit sends the enemy upward and applies Laceration. While in the air, Stain kicks forward, sending enemies back.

Alpha- Knife toss:

Ammo: 5-7

Stain throws 3 knives in his aim direction in a cone. When one or multiple knife connect with an enemy they will take damage. Amount of knives thrown increases with level, 5 knives being thrown at level 9. This consumes 1 ammo per shot.

While in aim mode, Stain throws a single knife in an arc. When knife makes contact with a surface or enemy, the knife will embed itself. The knife stays for 5 seconds. If embedded in an enemy, they will take damage and suffer from Laceration. While Stain is within 10 meters and has LOS on the embedded knife, double press the crouch button to dash towards the knife and rip it out. If ripped out of an enemy, Stain will get one counter to his special action. Only one of these can be active at once, throwing a new one will despawn the oldest knife. This costs 3 ammo per shot.

Beta- Slashing Worldwind:

Ammo: 2-3

Stain uses a sword and knife to slash in his aim direction. Upon making contact with an enemy, they will suffer from Laceration and fill the special action gauge by 1. Stain will also be able to use Slashing Worldwind again with no cost to ammo.

Gamma- Blood Moon Rending:

Ammo: 2

Stain ravenously charges for and relentlessly cleaves his sword in his aim direction. Upon making contact with an enemy, Stain will launch them up into the air and unleash a torrent of powerful slashes dealing major damage, before stabbing them in the chest and slamming them into the ground. Upon reaching the ground, the enemy will be hard knocked down and receive Laceration and fill the special action gauge by 1. Hold the Gamma button to continue slashing forward and ignore the uppercut animation.

Special Action- Bloodcurdle:

Start the match with zero charges. Cannot be activated without at least 1 charge. Can have a max of 3 charges. When the special action button is pressed, Stain will lick his sword, consuming all charges. Enemies whose blood has been taken will stop all movement and slump down to the ground. They will be stunned for 2.5 seconds or until any damage is received, putting them in the hard knock down state after. Then special action will be go on cooldown for 45 seconds. Charges cannot be gained while special action is on cooldown.

Enemies whose blood has been taken will be able to tell by a blood drop above their character as well as next to their health bar. Enemies ally’s will also be able to see a blood drop over their head as well as the bottom left by their health bar.

Special tuning- Bladed Knuckles:

Melee attacks apply Laceration. Cooldown decreases with Level 45-30 seconds.

Notes: Yeah bloodcurdle is a tough thing to balance. A on demand stun is going to be a hard thing to balance no matter what game it’s in, let alone one where you can be coughed on and die. But I think being put in the hard knock down state IMMEDIATELY upon receiving damage should prevent any extreme amounts of damage.

My idea for Stain is for him to be good in 1v1’s but struggle against team play. So stuff like team heals would really help fight against this character because healing would stop any Laceration damage and help any stunned teammates from taking excessive damage. He also doesn’t have armor anywhere in his kit so if he’s careless he won’t be able to get the most of his moves because he will be getting knocked around.

Final thought: Stain is one of my favorite characters in the show. I think he’s such a great character and I love playing him in whatever game he’s in. If I had it my way this is exactly how I would add him. I hope we get to see him in the near future.

Please remember I am not a game designer. I am merely a fan of the character and the game. If you took the time to read this, thank you for your time and feel free to leave feedback. I loved making this. Next will be Gang Orca or Gentle and La Brava (yes I have an idea that combines both). I feel like I got some really cool ideas for both.

Throwing my hat in the ring: A Kurogiri skill set concept

Alright I got another one for yall. Kurogiri is probably my second most anticipated skill set (aside from Shoto but he’s probably getting a new character). I think there is a lot of potential but your gonna have to bare with me for his gamma because it’s a lot.

I want to clarify first I am NOT a game designer. I have no idea how plausible any of this is but I think it would be cool. Any numbers I bring up are arbitrary, just to further illustrate my ideas. Let’s get this started.

Kurogiri: Warp Gate Summon

Role: Technical

Hp: 350

Alpha- Dark Interruption:

Ammo: 6-8

Kurogiri shots a black projectile in his aim direction. When the projectile makes contact with an enemy, it will deal damage and pierce through them until it makes contact with a static object or travels its max distance.

Beta- Dignified Display:

Ammo: 2-4

Kurogiri leaps into a black mist, traveling a short distance before reappearing. Can be canceled during movement by air melee or Alpha. If Kurogiri makes contact with an enemy, they will be thrown to the ground and take damage, launching back up for a brief window before being allowed to recover. If Kurogiri touches a wall, he will shoot up to the top of the wall and launch with inertia.

Gamma: Warp Gate Summon:

Ammo: 100%

Kurogiri will freeze in place and stick out both arms into portals and begin charging. A large circle only visible to Kurogiri will appear on the closest surface to his curser. Releasing the gamma button will unleash a torrent of Nomu punches that smash the ground, expanding out ward from the center of the circle. Enemies caught in the flurry get smashed into the ground and take damage. This version of the move will take 50% of the gauge. This move can be charged.

Upon reaching max charge (5 seconds) a portal will appear 5 meters above the circle, where a USJ Nomu will spawn, crashing into the center. Sending out a grounded shockwave. Enemies hit by the Nomu or the shockwave will take damage and be flung back.

After this the Nomu will become an Ai with a hp amount based on the remaining gauge (max hp 400 and would go down based on the percentage). The gauge will deplete gradually or when Nomu is damaged. Upon reaching zero, the Nomu will scream and disappear, then the gauge will begin reloading.

The Nomu can be controlled by tapping or holding the Gamma button. If tapped on an ally, the Nomu will sprint towards that ally and will automatically attack enemies within a meter 15 meter radius of the ally. This will obay LOS rules. If tapped on an enemy the Nomu will attack the enemy. If gamma is held, the Nomu will return to the Kurogiri and defend him from enemies within a 15 meter radius.

The Nomu has 3 attacks, each attack designed for specific distances and elevations.

If enemy is with close range, the Nomu will unleash a rapid series of punches with a final big attack that launches the opponent away.

If the opponent is at medium to max detection range, it will stick out both arms and begin spinning in a straight line towards them. If he hits an enemy they will take damage until they reach knockdown value and be sent flying away.

If the opponent is on a surface above the Nomu, it will curl into a ball and begin rolling up the nearest surface towards the enemy. If he hits the enemy he will drag them away before launching them, dealing damage.

Special tuning- Warping assistance:

After the match begins, running up to a vertical surface and jumping will spawn a portal that goes to the top of the surface. Allowing the player, ally’s and enemy’s to travel through it. The portal will stay active for 5 seconds before disappearing. Only one portal can be active at a time. Levels increase duration of tuning.

Notes:

Yeahhhh that gamma is a lot. I’m gonna address the elephant in the room first, would this effectively eliminate the USJ Nomu from being a playable character? Yes most likely. But the way I see it, Nomu being a playable character would probably be a bad idea. First of all, he would probably overlap a lot with All Mights moves. Secondly, the USJ Nomu cannot communicate. He would only scratch and yell. Meaning he would not have actual voice lines like a normal character. Not only would the screaming be grading to the ears but he wouldn’t be able to communicate pings, voice lines, and tells for his attacks against enemies. I don’t think that would be very fun to play as, against, or with. I think this is the best possible way we can include the USJ Nomu in the game.

Now that that’s cleared up, I can talk about the skill set itself. Obviously, this character would fit the summoner archetype. I think this would be a really good fit for Kurogiri as he shown to do this multiple times in the series. I tried to keep his Alpha and Beta relatively simple but still strong. As anyone who’s played Twice or played against bots in this game, the AI can be unpredictable at the best of times. Relying on an AI as the main draw of the skill set would be risky, so I wanted him to still have two other reliable damage options.

I know for a fact the AI would probably have to have way more coding than I wrote. I just wanted to lay out a basic outline for an idea.

Final thoughts:

This would be hella ambitious but I think it would be a perfect skill set for our purple cloud. The summoner archetype is something I’ve always liked, and something I don’t see anyone other than Kurogiri filling in this game. Please remember I am not a game designer, I am merely a fan of the character and the game. If you took the time to read all of this, thank you for your time and feel free to leave feedback. I had a ton of fun with this. If I end up doing another one of these it would probably be a new character… a certain… bladed villain…

Throwing my hat into the ring: A Aizawa skill set concept

Aizawa is my most anticipated skill set. He’s been one of my mains since he released in season 1 and is one of my favorite characters in the series. I want to get my ideas out for how I would make a skill set for our favorite UA teacher.

I want to clarify first I am NOT a game designer. I have no idea how plausible any of this is but I think it would be cool. Any numbers I bring up are arbitrary, just to further illustrate my ideas. Let’s get into it shall we.

Shota Aizawa- Total Erasure Binding

Role: Strike

Hp: 300

Alpha-Binding Cloth Whiplash:

Ammo: 3-4

Aizawa flings his binding cloth in his aim direction. Upon making contact with an opponent, they will take damage and be bonded for a short duration. Then Aizawa will swing the opponent to the left or right based on aim direction before releasing them, sending the opponent flying for 1.5 seconds. If the opponent hits an object during the swing or in air, they will take damage and bounce off the object. If they hit another player, both players will take damage and be flung back.

Beta-Cowtrops:

Ammo count- 2-3

Aizawa leaps backwards, throwing cowtrops in his aim direction. The cowtrops will stay on the ground for 10 seconds. Enemies that walk over the trops will take continuous damage and be slowed. Only two can be active at once, upon throwing more the oldest would be become inactive.

Gamma-Total Erasure Binding:

Ammo: 1-2

Aizawa pulls out his knife and flings his binding cloth forward, dashing in that direction. If his binding cloth hits an enemy, they will be captured and Aizawa will cut through them, kicking them away after. After they are kicked away, opponents quirk skills will be disabled for 3 seconds. Duration cannot be reapplied until the initial one runs out

Special tuning- high speed recovery:

Small hp recovery items will take less time to drink. Increasing the level increases the duration of the tuning.

Notes:
I know we’ve had a lot of strikes lately but I think it’s what would best suit this concept. I want this version of Aizawa to be a little bit more focused on facing multiple opponents because the one we have now is very much a 1v1 master. This Aizawa would still be good in the 1v1 but I want people to get creative with hitting multiple people and area denial.

I want erasure to be a more active part of his kit hence why I added it to be part of his gamma. I know this would be a very strong ability which is why I have it on a low duration and low ammo count. It would also be his movement option so the player would really have to be careful with how they use it.

Final thoughts:
once again this is a concept from a fan of the character and the game, not an actual game designer. If you took the time to read this, thank you for your time and feel free to share feedback because I kinda want to do more of these. I had a lot of fun with this.

Personal enjoyment tier list

I think this is almost every character in the main series but it was the only one I could find on tier maker. Obviously all of this my opinion and you can disagree just please be respectful. I am rating these characters on how much I enjoy them. How they are written, cool moments, the characters design, etc.
