Frogfruits' miniscule flowers
I took some cuttings off my lawn and will try to get them on a hanging planter. One side of my yard is covered in frogfruits.

Are recommendations on fertilizers and ways to get them like the last image. It looks like they chopped the top off and so many limbs grew out. Is it safe to start cutting or should I wait until it's mature?
I think it might be a barbed wire cactus. I got it off the neighbors trash (I regret not picking more of it up before the trash took it) and was not sure what it could be. It stayed in the ground for 6+months without doing anything not it sprouted this new growth within 6weeks or so. Not sure how exactly I could propagate it. It's one of my favorite cacti.
