It's been 7 months since I'm on meds, no friends, 99% in my room only, what do you guys do like is there any community or something I can join? I feel mostly in my room is a big problem

I'm super introverted, is there any community I can join

I know run clubs but all are far from my place

Whey is getting costlier so I've switched to

Super You Cold Coffee flavour as my 1st scoop

Thinking of buying a new cheap protein as my 2nd scoop for the day (Cheap as in in terms of price, not in terms of protein quality)

Please recommend a protein under 1500 per kg
