She is my first love and I want to marry her . But she already said she fell in love with someone before me and it was toxic 6 months as she doesn't like going out much and he was insisting on that. So they broke up. They didn't get physical as its very rare seeing how strict she is and kind of scared of her parents everytime. But my mind doesn't stop obsessing over the fact she went through the love I have for her before with someone else. I sometimes joking ask about it but she says she doesn't like how I bring it up. Is there any cure for this.

I have adhd also so it makes things even more worse.
