The old battery was on it's way out, now my auto stop is not draining the HV and my 12v battery voltage is not dropping fast. For people in UK, you want the 053 battery, and be ready to trim the tray or apparently a replacement tray from a Jazz will work just make sure it'sfor the longer battery. I got the Yuasa YBX5053 battery and changed out the clamp and rusty screws while I was in there.
I think this really fits the vibe of the car and love how it shines different colours depending on the angle of light
This was my first mod on Cruziviti, it's not perfect but better than feeling the wear and making it worse and it's held up well for over a year.

I was hoping to see at least 1 in the show, and spotted another 2 in the parking lot, one purple and another white one with a sweet body kit, sadly I didn't get photos of them. If you guys see this post lets enter our cars next year!

UK summer has hit and in regular fashion I've left a job till the last minute, but it's done. My AC has been cutting out after a few minutes, following removing the shim I've confirmed my AC works amazing now.
Tips to help the next guy:
-Have 8mm clips to replace the ones you take out
-You don't need to take the whole panel off, once you get enough clips and screws out you can just bend it out the way
-disconnect the battery negative terminal
-have a torch and a pry bar because the nut will be stuck and it turns the whole thing
I have a 3d printer so might go down the road of prototyping but it will be a challenge, any info that might help me would be very welcome. I have a 3d scan of the cr-z rear but haven't been able to find one for the spoiler yet 🤔
I actually managed to hit 50mpg for a few minutes driving on open roads when I started this tank, which has been my record, but done some driving around town since. Still good mpg
