Losing too much weight soil sampling.

Im 6'4". I recently spent 8 months getting from 170ibs to 190ibs as ive been trying to add bulk at the gym. Now I've been soil sampling for a month and i dropped to 165. All weight lost and then some. I've got months left. Im eating a ton of protein. I have huge dinners as my appetite has like doubled. For snacks we mostly have fast carbs and proteins and sugars. Barely have time to make sandwiches for lunch as im doing data entry until 11pm and we start again at 7am I usually have a big protein pancake and some vector serial for breakfast.

Only suggestion I get is peanut butter which I cant eat.

Anyone been here? Will my weight bottom out or am I just gonna keep losing this much weight. Im starting to look like a crackhead.

Anyone been in an accident here with a (reasonable) lift kit since the insurance companies cracked down on them? I'm looking for some guidance and nuance if any exists as my suv keeps taking damage on logging roads I work on so I might need one for clearance.

I have to drive on logging roads for a couple weeks every month. I drive an SUV. It's got 10 ply tires and plenty of power but the clearance is low as it's sporty.

I've hit my muffler twice bottoming out on shit sections of the road. This has needed repairs both times.

I want to put a reasonable lift of just like 2 inches on her. Not illegal as long as my bumpers stay under a reasonable height but most insurance companies as far as I know will void your coverage or force you to remove it if you even put in a single inch of lift.

The Canadian tire manager I was talking to said that I should be fine if it's just a couple inches as long as an adjustor doesn't come out to inspect it and it shouldn't be noticeable at just 2 inches.

Called my body shop and they said adjustors don't come down but they do have to submit pictures and then again implied it's about noticeability.

Has anyone actually had actual first hand experience with this? I'm not looking for bys with a 6inch lift on massive upgraded alberta trucks. But like has anyone had a small lift and then needed to do an insurance claim down the road?

Right now it sounds like a gray area.

[Canada] I'm a guy with long-ass, thick hair. I want to donate it for kids/teens with alopecia. The only non-profits I can find are for chemo wigs. Please help.

It's at about 10inches now but it's stupidly thick. I'm okay with growing out another 4-6 inches or so if needed as my hair grows really fast so it'll only take till Christmas/the new year. I had a crew cut a year ago.

I don't want to post a picture of myself but my hair makes Jim Morrisons look thin so I'm hoping I can get more than one wig out if it due to the follicle density.

I have a weird memory from when I lived in Norway as a child in the 90s of a weird Norwegian elephant hat I got at some sort of tradition festival or park event. They were everywhere at the event. Anyone remember something like this?

I have a weird, deep-seated memory from when I lived in Norway as a child. It’s of a weird Norwegian elephant hat I got at some sort of tradition festival or park event. These hats were everywhere at the event. I don’t have contact with my parents so im trying to piece together memories of places I lived and things I did as a kid as I was moved through half a dozen countries by them and got brain injured as a pre teen so my memories of my childhood (pre-10) are very fractured, geographically mysterious and non-sequential. My sister who was killed in the same incident I got brain injured in was 11 years older and she bought me this hat I cherished. Decades have passed and i think of this memory in particular multiple times a week. I would love to know enough to find a replacement or even just learn more. Does this ring any bells for anyone that remembers the late 90s?

This would have been about 24-27 years ago. I lived in Oslo and Stavanger but Geilo and Haskell and surrounding areas are all possible as well.
