Today I stopped taking Champix

I used it for 4 months. Now I am all by myself. It is my 126 day as non-smoker. I want to thank you for all your support.

How do you maintain awareness during the day?

Title says it all but to rephrase it, during walking or sitting meditation it is relatively easy to observe but after meditation how do you maintain awareness?

I am going through difficult days

It's my 115 day as a non-smoker. I don't know why but my cravings have gotten worse. I really don't know what to do. I use champix but after 100 days I feel worse, help.

After 100 days

I realized I check day counter less and less frequently visit here. It's like I accepted that I am a non-smoker. Something definitely must have clicked in my brain.

Never give up guys. Life is already hard, you don't need any extra problems. Take walks, work out, find a hobby, read. It's your life. Don't hand it to any addiction.

Don't forget that nicotine directly and in-directly controls over 200 neurotransmitters.

Well.. That only means it turns your brain into a mush.

Take control over your brain and life. Life is worth living. You got this!

I no longer imagine myself smoking.

I used to day-dream myself smoking when it'd come to my mind but now it's my 83 day of being smoke free and I don't do that. I think that's a big step. (for me)

I wanted to share. Thanks for reading.

Approximately one month ago I quit smoking cigarettes and became more aware of my breathing. I am trying to turn this awareness into gratitude felt towards my breath and health in general. I would like to say good luck to every one who fights addictions of any kind. Peace.
