I eat eggs every day, so I made a Garmin app that animates them cooking live.
Of course you could just use a regular timer and they'd cook exactly the same, but this looks way cooler.

Got tired of wandering around huge parking lots trying to find my car, so I put together a simple Garmin app: tap your watch when you park and it saves the GPS spot. Walking back, it just shows an arrow pointing to the car and the distance.
I know you can drop a pin in Google Maps, but pulling out your phone every time is a hassle - this is one tap and a quick glance at your wrist.
Curious what people think - would you actually use this? And is an arrow + distance enough, or would you want an actual map?
📢 Quick update for everyone who asked: I just pushed a small update (v1.1.0) that adds support for a few models I'd accidentally left out of the device list - Forerunner 570, Forerunner 55 and Approach S50. It should appear in the store once Garmin's review clears, so if your watch wasn't supported before, give it another look shortly.
Also, since Reddit keeps rate-limiting my DMs, I've put the link to my apps in my bio - easiest way to find it without waiting on a message.
And if you've given it a try and found it useful, I'd be really grateful for a quick review on the store - it genuinely helps a lot. Thanks again for all the feedback! 🙂
Hey everyone,
Quick feedback question for bass anglers: do you actually pay attention to solunar times, moon phase, or major/minor feeding windows when planning a trip?
I’ve been working on a small Garmin watch tool that shows this kind of info on the wrist, but I’m curious if it’s genuinely useful on the water - or if weather, pressure, water temp, cover, bait choice, and time on the water matter way more.
What info would you actually want to see on a watch while fishing?
I've been building a solunar app for Garmin watches. It predicts the best feeding times for fish and game from the sun and moon, plus the conditions I actually check before heading out. It's not on the store yet; I want feedback before I publish.
What it shows (5 swipeable screens):
I'd really like honest input from people who actually fish and hunt:
Roast it if you have to. Thanks 🙏
I just published a small game I've been building for Garmin watches: Tic Tac Toe Neon.
It's completely free, no ads, no in-app purchases.
What it does:
• Play vs CPU or 2 players on one watch
• CPU difficulty is randomized every game, so each match feels a bit different
• Tracks your win/loss/draw stats, with a reset option
• Clean, minimal neon look
It's made for touch-screen Garmins, since it's a tap-to-play game.
I'd genuinely love honest feedback: what feels good, what feels off, and what you would add next.
Hey all, I built a small egg timer app for my Garmin. Instead of just showing numbers counting down, the egg actually animates as it cooks, so you can read the progress at a glance, and it buzzes when it's done.
Curious what you all think. Would you use something like this?
