FTM. The baby is very much aware of his surroundings, major FOMO so daytime naps are only 30 minutes if I’m lucky. He can’t sit up on his own yet, screams during tummy time because he wants to move but can’t. A baby can only do so much for play at this age. Does not enjoy being put down for any amount of time. I feel like my days are spent constantly trying to keep him entertained and content during wake windows.
As a newborn he was the BEST sleeper. I’d have to wake him for feeds during the night, he would nap great during the day and was okay with being put down for 5 minutes.
Please tell me it gets better. Each day is starting to feel the same.

Is there anything I can do to make it less torturous for him? He will get red like a tomato, scream, cry at the top of his little lungs PISSED before the dirty one even comes off. It hurts my mama heart because now he’s starting to produce real tears. 😭

Just hit 39 weeks so I want to know what to look out for. I’m not doing cervical checks, membrane sweep or induction unless I go over 41.
Baby still hasn’t dropped. I have period like cramping in the middle of the night, nightly for the last week but can still sleep through them. Also have been making frequent trips to the bathroom for #2. No other signs/symptoms.

That’s such a personal question. No ma’am… even if I did it’s none of your business nor does it mean labor has started.
She’s expecting updates when I do go into labor after I’ve already explained to her it won’t be happening. I will be in excruciating pain, focusing on bringing my baby earth side not worried about my phone. The audacity.
