Came up to know these Job Traps

Yesterday, I received a message on LinkedIn from a recruiter who said they had reviewed my profile and were impressed with my experience. They invited me for an interview and asked me to share a convenient date and time. We scheduled it for the very next day.

The interview went better than I expected. We discussed my previous experience, the role, and my salary expectations. Instead of quoting a fixed figure, I told them I was open to negotiation and asked what they expected from someone with my background. To my surprise, they offered me a very attractive salary. At that moment, I felt like I had found a great opportunity.

But everything changed when I opened the offer letter.

As I started reading the terms and conditions, the excitement slowly disappeared. The company required me to sign a three-year bond, work overtime without any extra pay, and be available whenever the business demanded—even on weekends and late at night. I would have to follow Singapore working hours, arrange my own laptop and internet, and the contract offered very limited employee benefits. The more I read, the more I realized that the high salary came with a long list of compromises and restrictions.

By the time I reached the end of the offer letter, I knew the salary wasn't worth sacrificing my work-life balance and freedom. It reminded me that a good offer isn't just about the paycheck—it's about the terms behind it. Sometimes, the biggest warning signs are hidden in the fine print, and reading every clause carefully can save you from making the wrong career decision.

Adding to this it's a work contracts so i cant even complaint about the Employemnet act or something else

Idk why some of bigbrain cells still supporting her

She has has option to run and marry or she can confesss in front of everyone . If She is being forcefully married she wont get a chance to choose location out of india to have pre wedding shoot or she won't get gift and hug him. She wont be welcome in family with bunch of flowers and she wont post story of all such of the events and roka. She could tell ketan not to marry him. It does not seem like it is being forcibly married, she will not be happy if she is forcibly married.

In any way if she is forcibly marrying then did not give anyone a chance to take someone life she can go to court or something.
