Should I transfer from UNC Chapel Hill to a top 5 premed school?

Hi, I'm an incoming student at UNC Chapel Hill for premed. Although I know UNC is a great school, I applied to a couple top schools (like some Ivys) and was waitlisted and rejected. So right now, I'm pretty disappointed with my college outcomes and was wondering if it's worth it to apply as a transfer to Harvard, Stanford, Columbia, and JHU. I know WashU accepts Spring transfers; would that be worth applying to? Don't get me wrong, I know that UNC is a great school, but for some reason I'm just not happy. I have a lab position locked in right now at UNC that I've been working in for the past 1.5 years but really want to go to a top recognized school. I'm just not sure if its worth it since I'm premed and know that long-lasting research positions and grades matter a lot.

Submitted CSS Profile to WashU but don't need aid

Hi guys. I'm on the waitlist for WashU and submitted a CSS profile along with my application but don't need/qualify for any need-based aid. The reason I submitted it was because I thought that if you want to be considered for any type of merit scholarships, you also need to submit a CSS. But now that I'm on the waitlist, it just occurred to me that I don't want WashU to think I can't pay in full because I most definitely can (I know full pay applicants are preferred). Do you think that submitting a CSS profile makes them think I can't pay the full cost of attendance?

Is WashU done accepting people off the waitlist?

Hi everyone. I'm seeing a lot of people on reddit saying that they got off the WashU waitlist last week. Does anyone know if WashU is done sending out their waitlist acceptances or will more still be coming out this week?
