2018 Tiguan r line stopped middle of intersection - power issue?
I’ve had this vehicle since brand new, and it has completely gone off the rails this afternoon. It suddenly started warning that the braking system wasn’t working and kept throwing an electrical brake system error. It went crazy while I was taking a left turn, and the engine with that auto shut off caused it, which could have caused a serious accident if another car had been coming.
I called BCAA for a boost, and they checked the battery and said it was fine. They also ran an OBD scan and found no codes, yet the problem is still there. This is an absolutely terrible vehicle. Once they boosted the battery it started working. No warning nothing had the battery less then 2 years!!
I am going to change the battery again on this piece of crap
