My game saves got deleted again!! 😭😭😭

What can I do to keep this from happening again?

Whenever I try to play as new slayer it does not save. I am still sad 😔

My game crashed all of my saves were deleted and I was on the + playthrough!!!

Can be based off looks or gameplay.

Story One: When I was little (about six) I was playimg with a friend in a creek near her Mom's job. While we were playing we heard a music box playing and she immediately notices the music as the song from a music box her Grandmother gave her. So we followed it and found the music box but it was shattered to pieces but it was still playimg music and we ran hand in hand to her Mom's work and where our siblings are yelling panicked about it.

Story Two: When my brother was little like three or four he was playing in his room, I was asleep in my room and our parents were sleeping in their room and my brother heard his door open and looked up and saw a hand opening it and he looked everywhere but found no one and nothing.
