The R34 has finally settled in alongside her daughter and other garage companion. Can’t believe it’s been a year but so happy she’s home. Here are the rest of the photos and a few collages to summarize the journey for everyone. Still can’t stop staring at her and it doesn’t even feel real yet.
The Supra is finally back after a slight unfortunate circumstance that came up. But now she’s good as new and joined by a new garage companion. Only thing left on the agenda currently is to finish the final appearance tweaks. Got one set of fake vents left to replace (on front bumper) and then to darken the rock guards possibly.
The Midnight Purple 2 V-Spec is about to finally head home after just over a year of being worked on and of course waiting for it almost impatiently. Was super cool for Larry Chen to snap a few shots of it when he visited, alongside the rest of PFS’s garage inventory.
Included some updated photos I’ve received of it after it’s PPF and ceramic coating.
Just picked her up today. PPF and Ceramic Coating has been applied. The rock guards (need to maybe be painted or darkened at bit) and the SLIPLO scrape/skid protection has been added. All that’s left is to take it to Toyota for the bolt in the tire and to maybe switch out the last two fake vents on front bumper. If I do anything else in the future, it would be to find a new hood at some point.
She’s mostly ready now. Got a few additional things added like exchanging the fake vents in the hood (need to do the front bumper corner ones also) and covering the door ones with a strip of carbon fiber. Unfortunately I did get notified of a bolt in the rear driver’s side tire. Thankfully I got the package that included free tire replacements. So heading to Toyota right after here before taking her for some enjoyable rides.
Can’t wait to finally enjoy her!
Got a goofy decal from the dealership alongside a nice upgrade I had them do prior to picking up. The GR strut brace kit was a really tasteful upgrade that I didn’t know I needed. Now can’t imagine the car without it.
