Debit Card Issues.

So I'm having a really weird issue with my CIBC debit card and I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced this.

My debit card has literally never worked for purchases since the day I got it. I can use it perfectly fine both online and at CIBC ATMs and even third-party ATMs, but whenever I try to use it to actually buy something in a store, it doesn't work.

At first I figured maybe there was something wrong with the chip, so I went into a CIBC branch and got a replacement card.

I followed the instructions they gave me for activating it. I went to a store, entered my correct PIN three times, and instead of activating/working, the terminal came back with "PIN limit exceeded." I've tried this at multiple different stores as well.

Now I'm completely confused because I know I'm entering the correct PIN, and the card is brand new. The fact that it works at ATMs but refuses to work for purchases makes even less sense.

Has anyone dealt with this before? Is there some kind of separate debit card/PIN activation issue that could cause this?

2019 Chevy Spark - Door wiring

Hey y'all.

I'm installing a Taramps TS400x4 and want to run new speaker wire to the doors instead of using the factory wiring.

Can anyone who's worked on a 2019 Chevy Spark confirm if the door harness goes through a bulkhead connector? If so, what's the proper way to remove it so I can run new 16 AWG speaker wire?

Any tips or pictures would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I think I died in the 9/11 attacks.

I'm a 23-year-old guy from Canada (born 2003), and for most of my life I've had recurring, extremely vivid memories that feel more like actual lived experiences than dreams or imagination. I've been trying to make sense of them for years and would really appreciate any insight.

The strongest memory is being inside the lobby of one of the World Trade Center towers. I can picture the layout, the lighting, the atmosphere, and the general feeling of the space in very consistent detail. It has remained stable in my mind since I was a young kid.

I also have clear memories of driving a yellow GM coupe from the late 70s or early 80s. It is always the same type of car. I can't pin down the exact model, but the image is repeatable and specific.

There's even a particular song strongly tied to these memories: "Breathe" by Faith Hill (which came out in 1999). I'm not sure if it was playing in the car or in the background, but it is emotionally linked to the same scene.

What makes this especially strange is how little I knew about 9/11 growing up. I only had the basic knowledge that planes hit the towers. In 6th grade, my teacher read the class the novel Terror 9/11, and suddenly I could visualize the WTC lobby in intense, familiar detail even though I'd never seen photos or footage of the interior at that point.

Later, when I finally looked up images of the towers and their lobbies, everything matched what I'd already been remembering for years. The layout and the feel of the space were eerily close.

I'm not here to claim this is definitive proof of reincarnation or anything like that. I genuinely don't know what to make of it. I'm just trying to understand why these memories feel so real, consistent, and detailed despite having no obvious source in my actual life experiences.

Has anyone else experienced something similar? Super vivid, recurring memories of events you couldn't have lived through, especially ones tied to major historical tragedies? Or does anyone know of psychological explanations (false memory, cryptomnesia, etc.) that might account for this?

I'd appreciate any thoughtful responses. Thanks for reading.

Edit: A few other things that have always made me wonder about this:

I was born with scoliosis and respiratory issues, and I've always had a strong fear of heights. Even climbing a ladder makes me very uneasy.

As a kid, I also had recurring fever dreams where the floor would suddenly give out beneath me, followed by an intense falling sensation that would wake me up. Looking back, I've sometimes wondered if these things could be connected to the memories I've described, though I realize there could be many other explanations.

I've also never really talked about any of this with anyone. The only person I ever mentioned it to was a former close friend, and even then I never went into much detail. For most of my life, I've kept it to myself.

Edit 2: I did some digging online and came across a yellow 1980 Cadillac Eldorado. That car almost perfectly matches the one I remember.

Hi everyone,

I had a badly broken top wisdom tooth removed today around 1:20 pm (it had been causing horrible pain for days. Only cold water helped at first, then only hurt when biting).

It's now about 5 pm (about 4 hours later) and I'm on my 5th piece of gauze. Each one is getting soaked right through with dark red blood. The bleeding isn't slowing down much even with firm pressure for 30 minutes each time. There's also a strong metallic/bloody taste in my mouth when I do remove it.

My jaw is beginning to become fatigued and sore, and I'm quite hungry, so I'm hoping I can stop with the gauze soon.

Is this normal?
