How do you recommend using Rift Herald in low ELO?

Do you like sending it down a lane right before a dragon spawns as a distraction?

Use it right away to knock out mid tower and open up the map?

Wait until you win a fight in a lane to maximize the push?

Something else?

Draft tips for pool of Warwick, Shyvana and Volibear?

Trying to focus on only three champions Warwick, Shyvana and Volibear, mainly play the first two really. I have no idea what to look for in draft that would drive me towards one or the other? Low gold

Generally speaking, in low ELO, when is the best time to switch trinket from ward to oracle?

I am sure there are exceptions and specific strategies, but generally speaking when is it better to switch your trinket?

I always switch at my very first back before starting my second clear, so I can block wards in bushes during a gank to sneak up better or to check if dragon has wards before starting it. Is this correct or is there better logic?

Tips for Volibear in team fights?

Been trying out a few more champs and I really like Volibear, zooming around the jungle clearing fast and maintaining 5 stacks is fun. Zooming into lane and ganking is fun and it’s cool his ult can disable towers.

I’ve just started playing him so early on the learning curve but the first challenge I’ve hit is i start out games well with a few ganks, having more CS than enemy jungler and securing objectives. But full team fights have been hard, I usually get CC too much or kited and can’t heal fast enough. I know these are challenges with him but curious if any good tips or suggestions?

I’ve already started to learn to not be deceptive and think I’m tanking since building dusk and Dawn and flicker blade first.

If on first clear you beat enemy Jg to bot crab, do you run directly to top crab or back first?

Basically title. Wondering if you are clearing in same direction as enemy jungle, say for example top to bot, you beat them to bot scuttle crab and get it. Do you think its better to run straight up to top crab and get it - then back and spend gold. Or back after first crab on bot, spend gold, run straight top crab and get it before re-starting your clear in top? Or skip the top crab and go straight to re-clearing? In this scenario assuming there are no ganks worth pursuing.

It seems everyone says Warwick falls off at higher ELOs in jungle, but I just see his win rate increasing? How important to pivot away?

I was preparing to shift away from warwick because everyone says he's only good at low ELO stomping. But According to LoLAlytics his win in gold is 53.29%, in plat 53.72%, Emerald 54.11%, Diamond 53.96% (though his pick rate does start to decline, Masters 55.25% , grand master 58.14% (again lower pick rate at this point).

How important is it to develop mastery with other champions and pivot away or just continue on the OTP?

Help me pick my second champion...

So I've been OTPing WW from Bronze into Gold, hopefully on my way to Plat soon. I'm trying to figure out a 2nd champion to focus on. Its between Shyvana, Volibear, Nocturne and Amumu. I like all of them but I think 5 champions are too many if I really want to develop a high level of champion mastery.

Returned to LoL a few weeks ago (after decade+ break) happy to have climbed bronze to gold after pivoting to Jungle

I played back in 2012 and 2013, just recently came back. After trying to return to the game again as ADC Bot got frustrated and pivoted to jungle. Haven't looked back since and couldn't be happier. Mainly been OTPing Warwick with a little bit of Nocturne/Amumu if I can't get WW.

After watching a ton of YouTube videos about jungling I've felt my game knowledge and consistency increase noticeably. All of the recent losses I can look back to and point to where I made bad decisions (usually being too aggressive) and impacted the loss. Have literally noticed me making a bad play and it causing a chain of ints from my team, once I see those patterns has become a lot easier to avoid them. Looking forward to seeing if I can push into Plat now.

Mainly improved by really focusing on tempo (and by extension objectives) and only investing time into ganks if they seem likely my other biggest gain has been avoiding playing too many games in a row, only play when I am fresh and focused. Switching to party only chat has been a huge positive. Finally, when my team is over extended or being too greedy, just letting them rot, not ever feeling the need to go in and just die with them/waste time.

What role do you secondary? Do you try to play the same champs?

I've been doing Bot as secondary because I use to play Bot before switching to Jungle. But I wonder if I should try to secondary top and play the same champs I jungle with?

Stridebeaker or botrk first?

I really like going botrk first for the early game damage spike, but stridebreaker seems more popular? What’s your opinion?

What's a good item to build to counter yi?

I go Botrk->DD->Hexplate, curious what a good 4th item would be to get after in a game where a Yi is doing well

Tips for Sivir balancing applying team fight damage and staying safe?

op.gg/lol/summoners/na/Vonlin-NA1

I’m silver probably on my way into gold soonish. Been playing Sivir and I keep hearing at 3 items her team fight damage spikes with W bounces and she’s a scaling hyper carry late.

I’ve gotten decent enough at lane where I’m not really dying, sometimes getting a kill or two, getting 6-8 CS per minute. I land Qs anytime my support gets off any CC. Avoiding jungle ganks. I do have the occasional bad laning game where we lose a fight and just spiral down, but those games I’m not surprised at the loss and low damage I know what happened. It’s the other ones that are tough.

I get to 3 items and we move to team fights, I play front to back. Try to look for clustered enemies stacked for aoe.

But I think I play too skiddish, my champion dmg on the scoreboard at end is always pretty far behind top mid and jungle. My challenge is how squishy she is and short attack range. Anytime I’m less skiddish I get killed quickly in team fights. Finding that balance has been so hard.

I could probably use my spell shield in team fights more targeted but it’s so chaotic I usually just throw it up early.

The only time I actually melt enemies super fast in team fights, fast enough they can’t melt me, is if I get super fed early and those 3 items really early. But I don’t play aggressive enough in lane to consistently get to that point and didn’t think Sivir necessarily was supposed to.

I try to kite but probably have a long way to go to further develop that skill.

I go yun IE Navori and then usually LDR

I also think part of me being too skiddish is I get a lot of assists and not as many kills as I probably could, but again every time I dial up the aggression, being an ADC I just become the squishy easy kill
