Supplemental learning that I can do potentially after finishing an entire course? Like once I finish HTML?

I was curious about supplemental learning resources or how people recommend you go about this. Like I imagine first thing is to go all the way through each course and then what? Move immediately onto the next course or are there workshops or different things to work on try to train the skills that I learned?

Should I go from the top down on the page and learn each curriculum?

So, my main goal is to learn a new skill and possibly pair it with something else as I am looking for a career pivot. I am looking to learn coding and already finding just doing basic HTML insanely enjoyable and it has me excited for more.

The way the page is laid out makes me think I just go through each curriculum to learn everything? Is that a solid way to do it or should I be targeting the basics with HTML/Java then move on to something like Python?

Anyone pivot from authorized retail to a different job? Curious what job you got because I'm thinking of leaving.

So, we've all heard the AR stories and I'm part of those stories at this point.

The scamming of customers casually, slamming things on their accounts without saying anything because of the insane metrics upper management sets for us to get even a decent payout, features customers don't want but being SUCH a big part of our metrics. It's exhausting.

I'm curious on what other jobs AR reps pivoted to. I'm looking to switch jobs I think despite this job allowing a lot of downtime to do shit like play my steam deck or do stuff on my laptop it's not worth the exhaustion.

Still pulling after all this time....advice?

So context, she's 2 years old. Pulling has always been a problem. We have tried gentle leader and I ended up stopping because I just didn't like having it go around her snout, switched back to harness tried to train her to stop pulling but to no avail. Got tired of that and then got a prong collar which helped a lot. Decided I also don't like subjecting her to the pokeys on her neck and I know a lot of people even use prong collars wrong so i tried to use it as right as possible as recommended but just got her a new harness to try and same thing...immediate pulling.

I have no idea what to do. I had hoped the prong collar helped train her to understand not to pull but she wasted no time going back to pulling HARD. I tug at the leash constantly to correct her, stop her and make her sit if she's pulling too hard but damn.

Shit does a number on my shoulders too despite (not bragging) lifting weights twice her weight, lol.

[United States] Trying to pivot into a career in drones...flying search and rescue might be my end goal but looking to start somewhere. Looking for advice/tips on if it's a good move.

My wife is the one that suggested it. From some research seems I can get at least 107 certified to start with. Let's say I go through the course, pass the test but have never actually flown a drone...then what? How do I pivot at the end to a job flying a drone?

I'm looking to get into a different career path as I hate my current job and I do find drones interesting and I ALSO thought about getting into regular photography so that's where the mind is at...some combo, photography, flying for the police or military or some government job...something like that, still up in the air I suppose but I just wanna know if this would be worth my time and stuff. Planned to use the downtime I do have at work to study for this.

Any Prime Comms employees here? Job has gotten so terrible and I am now the only person at my store.

Just curious how it is in others districts. Lost our store manager end of March, had an interim store manager who is also leaving this Friday leaving me...the ONLY employee at my store. What this means is I will be working open to close for this coming week and who knows how long after. Biggest issue is it's a skeleton crew across whole district and the only person able to cover can probably cover once a week.

Maybe writing is on the wall and it's my queue to also leave but even on the worst months, the job pays higher than any other job I can probably get right now with commission taken into account. There is also the fact we've been encouraged since I started to straight up scam people and refusing to do so gets you written up because you didn't hit all of your goals despite all other goals being met or exceeded.....didn't slam protection/next up on everyone? Gotta have a chat about your metrics!

Add to that the ever changing commission month to month....feels harder and harder to make money WITHOUT being willing to scam.

After using my MacBook it’s really got me hating windows and am seriously considering trying Linux.

Is there any reason not to? I play games so I know that’s a main area of concern as far as compatibility goes. Are there any outlier pain points for Linux now? Is there a way to try it? I only have my PC and MacBook so don’t have a random app or laptop to install and try it on. Have a single 1TB SSD so probably can’t install it on a separate drive too unless external works but I don’t have a fast external drive.

Excessive sweating only right after falling asleep but rest of the night and upon waking up I am fine and sheets not drenched.

So, my wife has pointed this out that in the last year or so I have started to sweat quite a bit at night but it's only right after I fall asleep and will dissipate after awhile and the rest of the night I am fine.

Not on any medications. Only major, major thing that I do consistently now is working out daily and losing weight but I've been on that journey for a solid 3 years now so it's weird it would happen suddenly.

I think the strangest part is it's only during my initial falling asleep and if I wake up I feel super drenched but then after that I am fine rest of the night and never wake up sweaty or drenched sheets.

Pushing Dance of Knives into T9...what is my next major power spike?

Got all my major aspects, all glyphs to 50, missing a few ancestral pieces but the major ones like weapons are ancestral.

No idea where my next power spike is. In my mind it's a mythic but I don't have one yet and still need a second spark and unable to kill Lillith currently.
